I was trying to get quotes for the insulation in my attic and Sam with Koala was the only one that came out and really checked out the job that needed to be done and gave me great advice on the job and a great price so we picked them and we're very happy with the job they did. The guys that came out to do the job were very professional and they cleaned up perfectly before they left. My house is already way cooler and now my electric bill will be going down. We highly recommend Sam and his very professional crew at Koala Insulation!

Sam and his crew over koala insulation did a great job! Sam came out and gave my house an attic a thorough inspection took pictures and explained and showed me exactly where I stood on insulation in my house proposed new insulation for the entire house and gave me a great price. His crew showed up on time a few days later and did a great job very professional fast and efficient and left no mess.

The work was done professionally and fast. I would recommend them to anybody needing insulation blown in or solar fans installed. Both jobs were done with care.

I had contacted several companies for bids. Their pricing was the best. I insulated both the roof and underneath the house. Koala responded promptly and installed quickly. They were neat and followed up on their work. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Excellent service kept me informed throughout the project

Have a two story house and the 2nd floor was always hotter than the first floor. It's been three weeks since the installation and we tell a huge difference. The whole house is much more comfortable. The A/C is not running around the clock anymore. Can't wait to see the lower electric bill. Koala did a awesome job and would definitely recommend them.

My daughter bought a house that had attic foam insulation. The pre-purchase inspection left me doubting the actual condition of the roof and insurance could not give wind mitigation credits because of the foam. I called Koala and upon inspection it was determined the foam was not completely/properly installed. The foam did not encapsulate the attic allowing mold to grow and condition of roof decking could not be determined. I had Koala remove foam which revealed rotted decking in a few places. New roof installed. Koala then installed blown in fiberglass insulation. The foam was very difficult to remove because it had not cured properly so the job took much longer than estimated. I expected an upcharge for the foam removal since no one could have anticipated that the foam was substandard but the owner honored his original price. The service from the time of the estimate to completion of both projects was exceptional. Cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Very professional and thorough! A three person team came in and out in less than an hour and cleaned up thoroughly afterward.

Crew of 3 came in, even for the small job. They were very courteous and efficient. They took pictures of everything and made sure I was satisfied before they left. I would definitely use them again.

These guys are excellent, I called them and they were out the same day to look at the job got me a quote and started the same week.
