"The staff was wonderful to work with. This project was tied to repairs from Hurricane Irma. They effortlessly adjusted to the setbacks caused by construction delays, etc. Every appointment was kept and arrival prompt. They provided several recommend layouts, and never flinched through the many what if's, could this scenarios. Even when changes were later rescinded, updated designs were provided quickly. Bottom line, they made you feel they were just as invested in the project as we were. One thing I appreciated most was the accuracy of the quote, and how changes were accepted and clear communication on if it resulted in a cost adder, or reduction. Our bathroom turned out magnificently with an extra-large walk-in white and gray shower, off-set by beautiful hand-crafted gray bathroom cabinets. So when we decided to remodel our kitchen, Schoeman Construction was the only contractor we considered. We knew we would receive the highest quality workmanship from a dependable, family-owned, trustworthy company. From the beginning to the end of our kitchen remodel, we were updated on the work completed that day, provided projected plans for the following day, and given time for questions and answers. Based on their many years of experience, Hennie and sons Abel and Hennie Jr., had a wealth of knowledge and expertise. I was reluctant to give up my tiered countertop for a flat countertop. Hennie Sr. discussed the differences in appearance, size, and functionality between the tiered and flat designs. I was so happy that I chose the flat countertop. It gave me more counter space, enhanced the kitchen size, and accentuated the entire kitchen. Our kitchen had a small, odd shaped area that we were at a loss on how to adapt to our new kitchen. Abel had exceptional creativity and design skills. He created an eye-catching nook that provided extra counter space and a unique upper shelf with under the shelf lighting. The nook fit perfectly and gave the impression that it was planned in the original design. We were totally pleased with our kitchen and will choose Schoeman Construction for any future remodeling plans. We highly recommend Hennie and sons for your next home remodeling project."

"I’ll start out by saying that our floors look great because of the installers and demo folks . The owner of the company and her project manager are the most combative and difficult people to work . They were not solution oriented and instead kept bragging about their other successful project . We had to be our own quality control on what planks were being laid . Would never recommend them!"

Omar was unable to restore my system to its original condition; he had to remove the irrigation valve because he did not have the fittings to attach it to the pipes, so now my system has no irrigation valve. I asked for a discount because parts of my system were being removed so that the leak could be fixed, but the owner informed me that I should have called an irrigation company. They claim to be REPIPING EXPERTS with expertise in drain line repairs and sewers, but do not bring basic plumbing fittings to the job. If I were the owner of a company and my employee did not have what he needed to do the job, I would either offer the customer a discount or I would send the employee back out to do the job right. At least the leak was solved."
