"Thank you! I'll be seeing you again in a few weeks when I will be refacing your next door neighbor's kitchen too! Thanks for the referral!"
"Thank you very much for your kind review! And as I tell all my customers, just because your project is done doesn't mean you're no longer my customer. You will always be my customer and if you need anything in the future just call me direct!"
"This was the third job I had done for this customer because she liked the first 2 jobs so much. I sold the job to her at cost plus $50 for 9 hrs of work because she was such a great customer by referring me out to others. After completing this third job she brought to my attention the next day a pinhole dot, yes, a pinhole on her 20 year old plastic countertops that she claimed was marble and would cost $150 to repair. I immediately showed up at her house that day to see what she was talking about. I saw a pinhole dot the size of a stick pin on the countertop that I was able to immediately repair where it was invisible to the naked eye. I let her know I would come back and put a dot of acrylic paint on it after the spot dried. She declined and wanted to pay someone $150 for the same thing I was offering to do for her at no charge. I wish I could post a picture here of it in these comments but it wont allow. I offered to give her the $50 I made on this job but she declined my offer. She was very unreasonable when her 20 year old plastic tops weren't even worth the $150 she said it would cost to repair. These tops are now obsolete. One can get a new granite vanity top for that price. I am still not sure how that pinhole dot got there since I was not working on her top as she also stated but I was able to repair it for her at no cost to her. I wish her well with all her future projects."
