"Killian's did the work in under 2 hours, it went smoothly on and look good. They did a okay job on cleaning up material not needed or cut. Word of caution be careful when walking on the grass, especially if you have dogs!.. when everything was said and done, I walked around my house and found a pocket full of metal screws. They did not pick up any screws they dropped, which could have been detrimental to your feet or to your loved pets if they walked on it or tried anything else.."

"We were building a home and Kayco installed the roof. Looked good at first till first light when we were shocked from the wrinkles all over. Kayco was immediately notified within two days after install, since install was a Saturday. He proceeded to argue it wasn't his fault. I told him his supervisor was well aware of our concerns and chose to proceed. He did not care! I asked about warranty. Still no resolution. We entered rainy season and various other problems arose. Much too lengthy to get into here. We hired a professional inspector to which we found many more issues. The Kayco company also refused to pay their supplier and they placed a lien on our property, which they had every right, so we paid that. It was a lot of stress to endure from, in my opinion, a company that had no regard to owning up to its responsibilities. We will have no choice but to have the court systems resolve the matter. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!! Beware!!!!!"

We got 3 different quotes, and even though Triple Crown wasn’t the cheapest, we decided to go with them because we’ve been around long enough to know that the cheapest and the best are rarely the same thing. Triple Crown was the only contractor we spoke with who took the time to educate us on the different construction methods for installing a metal roof over shingles and why they prefer to use the batten strip method. Once we had that information, we did our own research (thanks Google) and agreed that was the best application to go with. From start to finish it was evident that Triple Crown does not cut corners on materials, technique, or workmanship. They produce a quality product which they stand behind with an amazing warranty that far exceeded their competitors’ guarantees. When the building inspector from Dade City came out to inspect our finished roof in order to close out the permit, he also spoke highly of the work he regularly sees from Triple Crown.
