KILLIAN'S SEAMLESS GUTTERS & SCREENSKillian's did the work in under 2 hours, it went smoothly on and look good. They did a okay job on cleaning up material not needed or cut. Word of caution be careful when walking on the grass, especially if you have dogs!.. when everything was said and done, I walked around my house and found a pocket full of metal screws. They did not pick up any screws they dropped, which could have been detrimental to your feet or to your loved pets if they walked on it or tried anything else..- Rob F.

Total Home Roofing took care of every detail from permits to final inspection. When you need to protect the largest investment in your life, you need it to be done right the first time. From removal of the old roof, replacement of the rotten boards, installation of the new BEAUTIFUL roof, all soffits and seamless gutters, as well as clean up, our home looks like a new home. The work crews were absolutely professional and worked quickly and extremely hard. Everything was cleaned up even better than the way it was before the project began. The gutter and soffit man was an artist. He fashioned the difficult corners and fittings on our home like a surgeon making a repair without leaving a scar. Every piece of soffit and fascia was covered with the precision of a custom fitted dress pattern. I cannot say enough about this amazing company. My husband and I are very pleased with the metal roof that Triple Crown put on our home. We got 3 different quotes, and even though Triple Crown wasn’t the cheapest, we decided to go with them because we’ve been around long enough to know that the cheapest and the best are rarely the same thing. Triple Crown was the only contractor we spoke with who took the time to educate us on the different construction methods for installing a metal roof over shingles and why they prefer to use the batten strip method. Once we had that information, we did our own research (thanks Google) and agreed that was the best application to go with. From start to finish it was evident that Triple Crown does not cut corners on materials, technique, or workmanship. They produce a quality product which they stand behind with an amazing warranty that far exceeded their competitors’ guarantees. When the building inspector from Dade City came out to inspect our finished roof in order to close out the permit, he also spoke highly of the work he regularly sees from Triple Crown. We’re very satisfied knowing that we got a quality roof at a reasonable price, and we couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for a roofer, we highly recommend this company.

I was very happy with Strike Force Gutters. Tim answered my call without me having to leave a message. Who does that? He arranged a time to come for an estimate the next day, a pleasant surprise. Then the next day he arrived on time! He seemed straightforward and professional, he listened carefully, offered his recommendations about what I needed, answered all my questions and seemed to have high standards for himself and his crew. I got the feeling he gave me the same attention for my small job, just over his minimum, that he would have given to someone with a job 10 times that amount. Within a week the Strike Force crew was at my house at the appointed time. They completed their job in about 90 minutes as the contract specified and to my complete satisfaction. I would hire Strike Force again for gutters or for any type of work they do. Thank you Tim and Strike Force Gutters crew and employees!

My mom and I moved to a new home about 2 years ago, and have been wanting to get a metal roof. We had a company picked out, but wanted to shop for options. Paul Stahlman came out with National Homecraft and Solar Shield Roofing. He showed us examples and proceeded to tell us why their roofing was better. The cost was more, but he also said they could do a roof over our patio. Part of the reason we decided to pay more was because 0% financing was available. We didn’t run our credit with any previous companies until we were sure what company we would use. Paul ran a hard credit check on both my mom and myself (of course lowering our credit score as expected) and we received approval for $5000 more than we even needed. We signed the contract and were told they would be out soon. We spoke to Paul a couple times on the timing of when the job would begin, and were looking at the week of Christmas (because he said they don’t stop working and this would be a great week to do it). 31 days after signing, and just a few days after speaking with Paul, we got a letter in the mail cancelling our contract with no explanation. When we called Paul, he said there was nothing he could do, it would cost us $5000 more to complete the project as the parts cost more. How funny that we just so happen to have approval for $5,000 more than the original quote. This company obviously has no value in their customer service, and simply wants to squeeze out every dime they can from their customers. Now our credit has been hit, and we still don’t have a new roof. We’re going to be saving to pay in cash with whatever company we choose, so this deceitful behavior doesn’t happen again. If you don’t mind paying more than the job is worth, and getting screwed over, this is the company for you.

The project went great. I got updates on when the crew would be here and text/phone calls when there were issues. Customer service was fantastic. The job was excellent and it was about $7k less than competitors. I was very happy. The only mishap was that I stepped on a nail on the second day they were here. I realize that debris is everywhere, but think they should clear pathways regularly as I was in and out of the house that day.
