They fixed the problem and the technician repaired the door where a screw tore through the door. I down rated them a half because U felt the garage door opener I bought for my car was too much over what I could have purchased the same thing for about 30% less.

I was very satisfied but note that they charge by the hour. I simply had them do an annual inspection of my two garage door openers. The technician completed the inspection, greased the chains, and tightened the bolts in roughly 20 minutes but obviously still paid for the full hour. I would hire them again but just wanted to let others know.
