Extremely pleased with the final outcome of the kitchen and laundry room. Making plans for bathroom remodel with them at this time.

After getting several estimates, I went with Gary. He beat Lowes price, but more importantly his attention to detail far exceeded the other companies I got quotes from. He is a man of his word & did everything he promised in a timely manner.

We bought Kraftmaid cabinets from them. Believe they carry some other lines but do not know which. They provided computer renderings of what the cabinets would like installed. Cabinets came in earlier than promised. Since it was a small job we picked up the cabinets in our van. This is the 3rd time we've used PGT. First job was our master bath remodel and the others were for our 2nd and 3rd bathrooms. The owners were always pleasant and helpful. A damaged door on the first job was replaced quickly. Simply emailed a photo of that door and they ordered the replacement.

We were very pleased with our experience with PGT. We were renovating our entire house and were totally without a kitchen. It was very important that the cabinets arrived when we were told they would. Everything turned out exactly as we were told it would which made us very happy. One of the cabinets arrived damaged and PGT took care of it immediately. The company they recommended to us to install the granite was also extremely professional and did an excellent job.

Wonderful. They did an outstanding quality job. Had a wide selection of cabinetry and countertops to choose from. Once the product came in, their team arrived to tear out the old cabinets and fixtures. They were neat and arrived on time and completed the process in less than a day. Plumber came in next day to take care of plumbing issues. Then the next day PGT installed new cabinets. They arrived on time - very professional - neat and cleaned up after themselves. Countertop people came next day to do the template for the countertops. They were cut and installed in less than 2 weeks. Then PGT & plumber came back to finish any trim items, etc. It was a good experience. We had PGT redo our kitchen a few months earlier and it also was a smooth process and took less time than we anticipated. We would highly recommend this company . They are highly skilled, great to work with and work with you to get the results you want.

Each step of the process was professionally handled - from information-gathering, design layout recommendations, purchase of product, delivery of product, follow-up on questions & minor issues and willingness to interact with our contractor.
