This remodel involved blowing out walls,, creating an arch entrance, and moving the kitchen foot print as well as painting, flooring, electrical etc. Kevin our GC was very detailed and communicated well with us throughout the entire process! When a few hiccups happened along the way Kevin was quick to fix and resolve the issue. All the work was done at a very professional level. Go ahead and call South Shore! You won’t be disappointed!

We worked with South Shore Construction out of Winter Garden to complete a tub to shower conversion for our guest bathroom. I highly recommend them for any remodeling work you might be considering. They were very professional at every step and we are extremely happy with the final results.

Kevin and his team did an amazing job with our renovation that included some additional work that we added on. He his very responsive and was always available throughout the entire process. We will be using them again for our bathroom remodel.

Kevin was very good about returning phone calls and handling all my concerns. His subcontractors were hard workers and performed quality work. His bid was not the cheapest bid, but the work was well worth the price. I would hire him again for other projects.

I was very pleased with the work that was done at my FL house after a plumbing leak with mold occurred. Kevin was extremely good with communication sending photos and making phone calls when problems or changes occurred. This was so important to me because I was in NC while the work was being done. The work was done in a timely manner and the team was so pleasant to work with; the house looks beautiful! I plan to use South Shores Construction again in the near future to turn an existing room into a bathroom and I look forward to working with Kevin again!

USA DISTRIBUTORS: Below are pictures of my condo’s galley kitchen. All of the cabinets were purchased on line using, and at a savings, the website USA DISTRIBUTORS. If you are reading this then you are like me in that you check out people, companies and products before you buy anything of importance. Also, let me assure you I have not received or expect anything from this company for this review. About a year ago my wife and I visited good friends in Melbourne Florida. They have a beach front condo and had recently done a rehab of their unit. We fell in love with their kitchen and cabinets. The first four pictures below are of their unit. We loved the perfect white and the door styles. They said they worked on line with USA-DISTRIBUTORS and the cabinet brand is FABUWOOD. The style is NEXUS FROST and that is also the color white; deep and rich white and thick luxurious paint. You can judge the depth and quality of the paint by slowly feeling the surface. Cheap cabinets and paint feel like the cheap wood or compressed sawdust below the surface. With FABUWOOD the paint is thick and luxurious feeling and the wood is quality and sturdy. The USA DISTRIBUTOR person who worked with us is DAN STRAUSS. Phone: 888-316-0805. I can’t say too much about how good he is. We talked on the phone, emailed and he is prompt in his replies and very pleasant. He knows his products and has lots of experience with others doing the same thing via the internet so he helps guide you. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I say that since it took me about seven months to confirm the plan and put in the order. Some of that time my wife and I were on vacation in Highlands N.C.. We just finished our condo rehab and the pictures after the first four are our condo kitchen. The bathroom cabinets match the color and style of the kitchen. The two things we did in the kitchen I would recommend are: 1. Frame the refrigerator and if you have the room put a cabinet about the refrigerator and install pull out drawers there and everywhere in the kitchen; 2. They have a tall pantry option that we chose and put pull out drawers top and bottom. We had a blank wall there and there was adequate space in the back of it for the pantry. I could go on but I value your patience so let me just say that we highly recommend this company, Dan and FABUWOOD cabinets. O’yes, we live in Orlando, Florida and the contractor we used was Kevin Morrison, 407-574-2424, and his company is South Shore Construction. He is very nice, patient, he will do as much or as little as you want. We interviewed and checked out three contractors. One of them put down getting a building permit and that is a sign of someone who cuts corners. Kevin is a honest contractor which means follows the code and law. He is ethical which means he treats you fairly and as he would want to be treated. He is a good guy. You should definitely interview him and let him evaluate your project. One last thing about Kevin. My wife is the type of person who carefully chooses a person to work with and then establishes a detailed plan, and leave it with the person to carry it out. On the other hand, I enjoy getting into the details, coming to the site and inspecting, occasionally changing my mind and asking questions. We had our kitchen renovated and are so happy with it. They designed the kitchen with ideas we would never have dreamed of. The workers arrived on time every day they had work to do. They were so accommodating to us. They were neat, and clean. Before they left for the day they cleaned up. They never left a mess. If there was ever a problem a solution was always given. We would hire them again in an instant. Kevin and Junior make a great team.

Southshore is one of the more professional construction companies that I have worked with. Trustworthy, efficient, thorough,neat and very detailed. They provide you with a scope and a timeline and in most cases always hit their target dates or finish early. We have tremendous success with Southshore assisting with design and implementation. Excellent work completed in just two days! Kevin and his team were professional, responsive, respectful, and efficient. The baseboard for my entire condo needed replacing and the doors and trims needed repainting with bright white paint. It made the entire condo look fresher and newer. It went as well as possible. Kevin is the owner and managed the entire project from start to finish. All subcontractors he brought in were efficient, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves. I had them team up with I-4 Kitchen & Bath to do the cabinets. They worked well together and communicated directly on many occasions. Even though I have the knowledge to manage a project like this with my own contractors for plumbing, electrical, tile/quartz/granite, painting, and framing/drywall, having South Shore handle it all for me ensured it got done faster, better, and definitely with less hassle and aggravation for me. The work was done in the time frame agreed upon and the folks showed up when promised. We are pleased with the remodel and outcome. Kevin was up front with pricing and there were no surprises along the way. All-in-all, we would do this again. By the way, Southshore was not the least expensive of contractors we talked to, but we decided to go with them based on their upfront honesty and follow-thru.

Kevin was great to work with. He provided us with a very detailed quote of what he and his contractors would be doing. He and our cabinet people met with us multiple times prior to construction to make sure we were all on the same page. Kevin was easy to work with throughout the process. He always responds to any questions or concerns quickly. He was accurate with his time frame of 5-6 weeks and the job was completed just as he promised. We spent 34k with South Shore for the construction and actual remodel. Cabinets, countertops and flooring material were a separate cost.

Better than we would have imagined. Kevin was super professional, his crews were all very punctual, respectful and their quality in construction was awesome! The project met and exceeded all expectations and his management of our expectations as well as the job overall was unsurpassed. Well worth the money we spent!

We were so very impressed with Kevin and all of the contractors with South Shore. I can't say enough complimentary words that would fully explain how happy we are with the process and moreso, the outcome. Through the entire project, which did go longer than expected due to an unexpected load-bearing wall, Kevin was in constant communication. The contractors were polite, punctual, and cleaned up their mess when they left each day. We had the worst time finding a good contractor. We had people no-show for consultations. Never get a quote to us. Take 2 months to get a quote to us when they said it would take 2 weeks. We experienced price gauged quotes that would make you laugh. Not with South Shore. Kevin got us a thorough, timely quote that was itemized and fair-priced. He provided contacts to us for our materials because he knew who to send us to in order to get the best deal. I can see why people dislike remodeling projects. They are a disruption. Workers come and going, not being able to walk through your house without someone being where you need to be. It is expensive and messy. BUT....the end result will leave you with the home or room of your dreams. And what better way to achieve that end goal than with a dependable contractor that does professional and quality work and communicates with you every step of the way? Go with South Shore. They're your contractor.

They were very, very good, I’d give them at least a 4 or a 5. They were excellent. The service - they were fast. They weren’t just fast, they were thorough and that’s the big thing. They came in and we had some suggestions, and they said, “okay, this is what can work I this area!” We said, “alright, we’ll go with that!” What they did for us is, they did an appliance thing. They came in and did that. They came from a long ways away. They were awesome. They beat prices they had to deal with. It was just a basic install, but loved the appliances that they installed. They were in and out in less than an hour actually. They were really good I highly recommend them. The pricing was expensive, but then too we did order good stuff. I would say an “A” for price because we got good stuff. These guys were there a half hour before they said they would be. They were done a half hour before. They did a great job. They did a real bang up job.
