Two Maids & A Mop is the most popular, hardest working & most professional house cleaning company in the entire Tampa, Florida area. Our company started from very humble beginnings way back on April Fools' Day in 2003. Our first office was all of 200 square feet and it was located in a pretty rough neighborhood. I can still remember those ugly looking wood paneled walls. I can still remember that tiny little restroom. And unfortunately, I can still remember how dead our first week of business was back then. But we've learned a lot since that first day back in 2003. The biggest thing we've learned is that cleaning houses means much more than just cleaning houses. I know that sounds a little crazy but just trust me - our customers simply expect something different from our company.

We had a clean scheduled the day before thanksgiving. The young lady arrived earlier than expected and spent at least 2 hours in our 1100 square foot townhome. We watched her leave as we got back. Upon walking in, absolutely nothing was done. She left residue in our sink from dishes, took dirty dishes, rinsed them with water then put them back...she did not vacuum, she did not take the downstairs trash out. She did not wipe the countertops nor the coffee table. She didn’t even straighten out the pillows on the couch i mean literally did not do the basics. Don’t even get me started on upstairs. She did not TOUCH a single shower. I mean there was soap scum and still shampoo from the morning on the shower walls. In the office, she sweeped everything under one of the book cases. It was truly the worst experience we have ever had. I called the office line and the woman was very helpful and understanding. She assured us they will send another cleaning crew the following Monday to fix this. I will update my review upon the new cleaning but whoever the initial woman was should be ashamed to spend 2 hours in someone’s home and not do a thing.

My agent recommended Two Maid"s & A Mop to me since I am new to the area. I chose design with time to customize the cleaning of my rental apartment. They not only cleaned my required items, but also cleaned other stuff that I have not thought about. Good Job!

Great! They arrived on time, and were very cheerful and professional. They did a great job of cleaning. As a retiree, I love Two Maids because at my age I have better things to do than clean the house. I have them regularly scheduled to come every 8 weeks. This service is a wonderful, affordable luxury that I'm not going to give up in my old age! ;-)

I had a great experience with this company. My wife and I, we are very picky with and we used to hire services from another cleaning company around Tampa, however this company exceeded our expectations we are very happy with their service. The girls were here on time, the apartment was spotless, and smelled great. Definitely recommend.

Great! I get my sheets started in the laundry before they arrive and they clean the house and replace all of the sheets prior to leaving and my house is DONE! They are easy to work with and flexible. You can request any paticular task(s) for them to focus on if you have things in mind that you really want them to spend extra time on those.
