My unit is only 3 yr old but the idiot company that installed it did it improperly, didnt register it, left all kinds of debris in attic and would NEVER service it. I had to have the ac unit replaced in another house and I called Modern A C again in August of 2020 He is amazing! He came quickly and tore out old and installed new. Very professional. Got a permit.
