"The company charged $4000 for a pop-up drainage system to prevent flooding in my stand-alone backyard office. When heavy rain came, it was apparent that the system in place was not working, and despite multiple emails, no one responded for six months. When they did, they sent workers out to do the same job that was already done. They also told me that the system in place would not work and should never have been placed and in the end, recommended I hire an irrigation company, stating that they are not an irrigation company and, when asked about a partial refund since the system placed did not work, they refused. In short, I cannot recommend this company. Poor work, poor customer service."

"Only did about one third of the work- could not complete without me signing a waiver relieving them of any damage done to my pool surface. This was not mentioned until after approximately one third or less of the work was completed. Management was condescending and unwilling to negotiate as they wanted half of the contracted money and barely completed one third of the contract. None of the issues we hired them to correct were fixed and I have zero confidence the pool deck is actually stabilized as they claim since the technician stated to me the day he was there that he could not complete stabilization without injecting more foam which he could not do without possibly damaging the surface of my pool. After paying them more than $3,200.00 it looks worse than it did before they showed up. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!"

"Alans Construction put a stamped concrete patio in. They ruined the kick plate with the concrete color and refused to pay for it but finally did. The job was done very poorly and sloppy. They didn’t put enough color on the patio nor sealed it. Alan, the owner came back to correct the mess and did not. I have had stamped concrete before and we never needed it touched up or sealed again nor did the color fade. Alan advised me that every 2 months the color has to be added which was just another way of getting money for the poor sloppy job they did on the patio not to mention they ruined our property and said they won’t pay to have it replaced when they ruined our kick plate on the lanai. This company does not know concrete or customer service to make it right."

They kept me posted how on how the repair was progressing, and took time to explain and demonstrate to me how their system was working on my house. Travis, Randall, and the rest of the crew are clearly good at their trade, and showed great care stabilizing the foundation without creating more problems. They also even began the job a day earlier than the salesman had hinted might be the start date, in this crazy time of supply and labor shortages. Exceeded my expectations! "Due to improper initial installation, a "swim spa" at the house we bought several years ago was sinking. I contacted APD in July and their response was immediate. Joe of APD made a personal visit and gave a detailed explanation of the process his company would use to stabilize the spa. He also advised of any possible concerns. A reasonable price was also provided. We had full confidence in Joe and APD. However, shortly after his visit, a storm caused significant additional damage to the spa and we were forced to go in a different direction and have the spa removed. I would recommend APD, their concern and response was swift and very professional."
