They repaired a busted pipe in the backyard but deleted my hose spigot. I contacted them to fix the issue but they wanted to charge me to add the hose spigot back like it was before. I paid $437.86 for the repair

We paid them to replace three shutoff valves. They replaced one, told us they did all three, and then ghosted us. Tried to reach out a bunch of times because they told us they guarantee the work. Would not recommend using them. One of his old employees said he does this to almost everyone.

I called after hours yesterday to report the problem and he was here first thing in the morning and got it fixed. This is the 3rd time I have used them, I also had a natural gas tankless water heater installed a couple years ago and in the future I am going to have them install a whirlpool tub. Very highly recommended.

He was efficient and he did a good job. I thought the price was fair. They were here on time when they said they would.

When the removed the old toilet they found tree roots growing up the pipe.They were surprised the toilet still worked.They put copper sulfate down the pipe for a couple of days if I remember right.They were hoping that would work or they would have to break up the floor to find where it was coming from. But it worked thank goodness. I just had them out again to fix a leak under my kitchen sink. The only problem I had was the tank on the toilet was not tighten down like it should have been and they left things alittle messy. Other than that I was completely satisfied.


Not sure on cost of putting toilet in. We provided our on toilet but I don't have the receipt of the job with me. This is an approximate cost.

I had a problem with my hot water heater.  Called Hometown Plumbing; they came out less than two hours later.   They effected a small adjustment to correct the problem when just as easily they could have recommended an expensive replacement; I wouldn't have known the difference.  Not only did they correct the problem, he didn't charge me anything, not even for a service call even though I told him I was willing to pay for his time to drive out to my place in the country.
I would most certainly use him again and would also recommend him to anyone that asks me for a plumber in the area.

They made two visits, found the leak, repaired it, and returned the following day to test it again. Excellent service.

Called the plumber as we had a water leak under the sink.  Plumber arrived within 30 minutes with everything needed to complete the repairs and replace the lines.  They cleaned up behind themselves and left the area cleaned and tidy.  They were both friendly and professional and I would recommend them to everyone.
There have no problems since the repairs.

Overall, the experience has been great. Don is an older gentleman who is incredibly nice and will help you out when you really need it. I’m very happy with his services. I’d highly recommend him to anybody.

He used chrome fixtures and not re-chromed fixtures. We had to replace the fixtures because the ones that where there originally no longer have replacement kits available. They replaced the tub shower valve, the trim and installed a smitty plate. While replacing the tub drain a pipe broke. They had to go through the secondary bathroom, remove the cabinet, cut through the wall all in order to replace the drain. That was all done at no additional charge. His technicians were very polite.  They were prompt and professional. The work is guaranteed for one year. I come from a family of plumbers, and I made the decision to hire professionals when it came to opening up a wall. I know how to do many things on my own, but this was one situation I wanted to bring in someone more experienced.
