"This was not a good experience at all. He confirmed in a text message that he would arrive on Wednesday. When no one showed up, I texted him asking about the delay. He texted back that he was still coming that day. As it grew late, I texted again because the job was clearly not going to be done. He replied that he couldn't come due to problems with another job. I immediately requested a cancellation and a refund, but he refused. He began offering a lot of nonsense excuses, including saying that he can't return things, which is untrue. He was rude, unprofessional, and totally uncooperative. Even though I proposed a solution, he still refused to cooperate and still didn't refund my money. He never arrived and did not do work. Nothing has been refunded so far, and I have had no further communications from him. I also found similar complaints about him from other customers."

"I would NOT recommend this company. I signed a contract in DEC., 2023, My windows were installed in MARCH 2024, and from the start, it was one issue after another. They did NOT put in the window ordered, the crew disconnected my alarm sensor to that window, and buried it into the wall, and did not even have the decency to tell me. The next biggest issue was EVERY WINDOW that was installed, (11), has a DEFECT. It has now been over 8 months and I am still waiting for repairs. KEVIN their coordinator, just gives you lip service. MANY calls and emails go unanswered He does not have the decency to call you back. He goes on vacation and says he'll get back to you but doesn't. I've even sent an email to Mr. AARON SHOHAM, CEO, but no reply. The employees are just as bad. They take your info, and you CONSTANTLY need to follow up. We were misled when they were hired. The reviews, are most likely put up by them. A waste of time, aggravation, and money. STAY AWAY from them."
