Really happy with the service from Prestige Garage Door Services. Tanner was great ? friendly, professional, and got my garage door working like new again. He replaced the springs and rollers, adjusted everything, and it?s running super smooth now. The price was fair and the whole thing went smoothly. I?d definitely use them again if I ever need more work done.

I called Prestige Garage Door for an estimate; after few minutes of conversation with Robert, I new that I didn’t need to call any other company. The old fiberglass grange door was repaired as he promised. He didn’t try to sell me a new door, he fixed the broken one and the door works better than ever. I highly recommend this company; whenever I am ready to get a new one, I will call Robert again.

It went very smoothly. They were out quickly and installed a new unit. They did a better install than the one that we had. It is a lot stabler and much quieter than our old one. Very friendly and professional. The install was exactly what they quoted me on the phone.

Great experience

Everything went great. Rob answered all of my questions. He gave me notice of when and what time he'll be showing up. My only criticism was when he gave me the final bill after he finished. Throughout our conservations over the phone and in-person, there was no mention of a $49 service fee for coming out.

Prestige was 1st to respond to our request made to Angie's List. Showed up on time, early the next day and within 45 minutes had the broken spring replaced and suggested new rollers, which we are glad we did, as so much quieter now. We were given a 10 year parts warranty. Rob was very professional, knowing exactly what was needed and what he was doing. We would certainly use Prestige again and would highly recommend to others.

Replaced my old broken springs (with high quality, high cycle springs), the center bearing, the rollers, the end bearings, did a tune up & (re)programming, plus a 10-year warranty! All for under $450!!! (Labor & tax included. With an Angie’s list special) Local company (Brandon). The owner, Rob Bowen, was the technician for my job, very nice person. Will definitely hire again if work is needed on my garage door. Recommended and honest company.

Tech looked at entire system gave reason for malfunctions and options on what could be done. Did not try and sell a new system as most contractors do. Gave me option to choose. Polite informative and Service was quick. Would call again

He came quickly when the spring in my garage door broke, trapping my car inside. He was also prepared to repair the automatic door mechanism, replace the rollers, and install a keypad entry, with a 10 year warranty on the parts (which is longer than my last one lasted). I was completely satisfied with his work.

Was able to get a same-day appointment, which has great. The tech said he would be here at 1 PM and was actually a little early. He looked over the door to see if it needed anything else. He recommended replacing the roller bearings (or whatever they're called), which I knew were pretty worn out. He explained what he was going to do, and said it would take about 45 mins to complete. When he was done, he tested everything in my presence. The door is much quieter now that the rollers have been replaced. The price seemed reasonable to me, though I did not shop around. I used a AL member discount for the spring replacement. That part of it was only $25 more than when we had the spring replaced back in 2011. It also came with a 10 year warranty.
