We had a fantastic experience with this garage door company!! They were prompt and professional. Kevin showed up right on time for the initial appointment, he even called with an ETA when he was on his way. Once he arrived he took his time to listen and understand exactly what we wanted. It was a complicated job so he face-timed the owner Richard who provided the best solution. I had a question at 7 PM in the evening and Richard answered the phone! Amazing service. They definitely exceeded our expectations, and we plan to use them on future projects!!

Great. Richard called me within 1 hour and priced me the cost. Work could be done within a few hours. After getting other quotes, Bayside could do the work today and there price was as good as any other proposal given.

Bayside's service was professional and efficient. They put up new framing and had my new garage door installed in about four hours, and I'm very pleased with my new door. They pointed out that the rollers were grinding on the frame, and now I have much smoother and quieter operation with the new framing, and I am very pleased with the results!

The replacement went okay, but the price charged was VERY unreasonable. I checked online and the sensor set cost between $20-30 retail. And, the technician labor time was about 1/2 hour. They charged $ 260 for the job. PRICE GOUGING!

Owner very knowledgeable and arranged for a polite, competent man to come out. He diagnosed the problem as a bad sensor and also observed the rollers were old and bent. Fixed it that afternoon in an hour. Price was good. Owner made the point that the free estimate companies have to charge more for their work than he does as he has an estimate fee of $45 that comes off the repair price.

I got a quick response from bayside they showed up the same day the service repair man,jonah was very plesant,explaned everything to me I had the feeling he knew what he was doing, the job was more expensive then I had planned on but considering the system was 30 years old it needed to be replaced I think the price was fair1200

Bayside Garage Doors arrived promptly at the time scheduled. They called 30 minutes before arrival time to tell me they were on the way. Technician Richie checked my garage door opener over and explained what was wrong and what the cost would be. Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. I called Bayside on a Saturday. The owner called us back right away, and then came out the next day (Sunday) and did a thorough repair. He let us know exactly what was needed and gave us options on how to proceed without pressuring us. We were very pleased with the work he did, with his promptness, and with how he treated us.
