Dexters floors was hired to place lvp in rhe fellowship hall at my church. They were researched before they were hired. They leveled off an uneven floors,ours had a huge dip in it. They not only placed the lvp evenly but they-leveled the floor. The slope was gone. I would recommend them anywhere. Outstanding job!

First and foremost, let me say that we love the work that Dexter's Flooring did for us. Mike and his installation team were amazing. Our wood floors look great! Our shower looks great! So, our journey started in February. We discovered some soft spots in our 1917 home with the original wood floors. When we met with Jeannie, and after some others, we absolutely knew this was who we wanted to work with. We decided to have the livingroom floors and our shower tiles replaced. Due to some health issues it did take a couple of weeks for us to get the estimate, but it was worth the wait. And price wise, it was right where we were hoping. So, we ordered our floors and trim pieces ourselves. Jeannie thought she had secured some tile for our shower (almost what we had envisioned) and away we went. The flooring install was great. Mike and his team took up the old flooring, checked to ensure we didn't have further damage in the unseen joist, and added 2 layers of subfloor to ensure it should last another 100 years. He and his team got the job done within a few days, although we had planned for two weeks. At the same time, they were demo-ing the shower, installing the new tile and trim. Since we were nit experienced with buying tile and trim, we got 2 different heights but Mike and the team really made it work and look great! They even installed a new bath caddy with shelves and towel rack. We love the work they have done and will return next time we need some tile or wood flooring work. Thank you to everyone! Very professional and explained everything that was going to happen and how long it would take.

The contractors were hired to install over $19,000 of LVP (Luxury Vinyl Panels) and carpet. This was just before COVID. After about 6 months we noticed that panel edges were curling upward an very lose. One panel had splintered and injured my foot. The panels were not installed properly. Six months after installation, we called and reported the issues. A "technician" came and found that panels needed to be redone. Thy set a schedule for the work. No one arrived at our house on that day. I called them; got no answer. Due to COVID, we decided to wait for a call. We never got a call back to reschedule the work covered by the warranty. We finally got an answer. A lady named Genie came to our house Friday April 28, 2023. She was to get back to us Monday. No call on Monday. Today, Tuesday, May 2, 2023 we received an email quote of $1,400 in labor plus additional cost for any new panels to be purchased. They are not honoring the warranty. Legal action is being taken against this company.

I am very happy with my floors from start to finish. Both Jeannie and Jeremiah were a pleasure to work with and very professional. Everything was explained to me for the installation of my new floors and Jeremiah gave me a very fair quote. I had lots of questions and they took the time to answer them. The work crew were very polite and they did a professional job and my floors look awesome!! I will be calling them again for painting of rooms and to put in a new laundry door.
