The contractors were hired to install over $19,000 of LVP (Luxury Vinyl Panels) and carpet. This was just before COVID. After about 6 months we noticed that panel edges were curling upward an very lose. One panel had splintered and injured my foot. The panels were not installed properly. Six months after installation, we called and reported the issues. A "technician" came and found that panels needed to be redone. Thy set a schedule for the work. No one arrived at our house on that day. I called them; got no answer. Due to COVID, we decided to wait for a call. We never got a call back to reschedule the work covered by the warranty. We finally got an answer. A lady named Genie came to our house Friday April 28, 2023. She was to get back to us Monday. No call on Monday. Today, Tuesday, May 2, 2023 we received an email quote of $1,400 in labor plus additional cost for any new panels to be purchased. They are not honoring the warranty. Legal action is being taken against this company.

I am very happy with my floors from start to finish. Both Jeannie and Jeremiah were a pleasure to work with and very professional. Everything was explained to me for the installation of my new floors and Jeremiah gave me a very fair quote. I had lots of questions and they took the time to answer them. The work crew were very polite and they did a professional job and my floors look awesome!! I will be calling them again for painting of rooms and to put in a new laundry door.
