Our pool is 12 years old and there were places where the surface had peeled up. We had Paragon come to resurface the pool and add a handrail to assists in entering and leaving the pool. They were totally professional and easy to work with. Casey Handy and his people were excellent! They found some additional issues and worked with us to correct the problems. We highly recommend them for pool repairs

The folks at Paragon were very responsive right from the initial engagement through the estimates and finally the repair. Heath was professional and explained the the most efficient way of re plumb the current set up considering it wasn't done the right way to begin with. The job was done right and the price I believe was okay. Definitely recommend the crew at Paragon for pool/spa repairs.

For over 30 years, we have taken care of our pool's maintenance ourselves. Earlier this year, I decided to try a pool service. Now, I no longer have to make trips to the pool store for supplies, handle heavy jugs of chlorine, or worry about who to call if something goes wrong with the system. It went so well that we have hired them to maintain our pool on a weekly basis, which we never thought we would do. I’m not sure why we waited so long! We couldn’t be happier! The pool looks beautiful! Jason does a wonderful job each week.

After comparing many pool service companies I settled on Paragon Pools because they had really great reviews from other customers. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work that was performed or the level of customer service that I received!!! Casey is the best!! He is prompt with returning phone calls and was always on time for appointments and the work that was done on our pool was outstanding! My nearly 10 year old pool looks brand new and the new pool light and control panel that was installed is amazing!!

Paragon was quick to respond to our requirement. Casey recommended and installed the new pump on a temporary pad until the new concrete pad was poured. He then replumbed the entire system, installed a new heater and filter, and gave the pool an acid wash. Everything is running better than ever and the pool looks brand new. We could not be more pleased with the excellent service provided at a very fair price.

Casey responded quickly to our request for an estimate to replace our pool filter. We have always had a sand filter but Casey said we may want to consider a cartridge filter. He was not pushy in his recommendation. Casey quoted prices for both a sand filter and a cartridge filter replacement. He gave us his opinion of the differences between the two. He suggested that we do some research and decide for ourselves, which we did. We let him know about our decision and he was here the next day to install it. You can't ask for a better response than that! The installation went off without a hitch! We could not ask for better service.

Awesome. Great service and great follow-up. Casey installed a variable speed pump, did a great job. Later we had some programming issues and inadvertently locked it out. Casey came by and helped us reset, free of charge even though it was outside the 1 year warranty. Terrific service!

Very disappointed in the quality of the liner and installation. The glue seeped under the liner which shows as a large stain. The design on the liner is coming off. Casey painted the steps and the paint wore off just after a year. When I called Casey concerning these issues, he didn't respond to multiple voicemails. When he finally returned my call, his only comment was that it was my problem because it'd been over a year. Even after I told him that the warranty company needed him to complete a form, he replied no. Again not his problem because it was over a year. Very disappointed in the entire encounter.

Everything went well. The work was done in a few days from when we reached agreement at what we thought was a fair price. Upon our request they did a follow up visit when our regular pool cleaning people couldn't deal with an issue that was not part of the work we contracted with Paragon. They answer their calls when you call and get back to you promptly. We would be happy to work with them again if the need would arise.

Casey was very responsive, easy to communicate with and came out to look at the pump and provide an estimate for replacing the pump and installing the chlorinator. On my own, I decided to have the run capacitor diagnosed. Casey was understanding and even provided a recommendation. I was able to fix the pump myself but was impressed with Casey's professionalism and customer satisfaction attitude. Went ahead with the installation of the chlorinator. He was on-time, explained everything and was clean and neat. I would recommend without reservation.

I called on Monday morning and by Tuesday afternoon Casey was at our home to clean the pool. He checked the chemical level and got everything back to normal for us.

While Paragon could not clear the bad line clog, Casey cleaned the filters that were clogged and then came back to vacuum the pool, and found me the appropriate company to help clear the line asap. He is awesome!

They were not good at all at getting back to us and there execution of work was somewhat spotty. IT turned into an uneasy process and project that needed work done from numerous companies.

Casey Handy does an awesome job maintaining my pool! He's punctual, professional, super nice, and has all the answers to your pool questions and needs. He has been maintaining my pool for several months now. I had let the pool go for several months and he started out with draining the pool and acid washing the surface. Really cleaned it up nice. I also had him convert my pool from chlorine to salt. Very professional job and I couldn't be happier with the results.
The monthly service charge is a little high at $170. I wish it was a little lower but you can't beat the quality of Casey's work!
