Zach's Lawn CareKevin at Zach's Lawn Care did an excellent job for me at a very reasonable price. He updated my irrigation system in my front and backyards by replacing the sprinkler heads with low flow drip sprinkler heads, repaired leaks to the old system, and upgraded the panel to a digital display with the addition of a rain sensor which will prevent the system from going off when it is raining. The actual work came in at approx. $100.00 less than the estimate. I can't even remember when that has ever happened before. To top it all off, included within the price and without my even asking, Zach's Lawn Care will check on my new irrigation system every 3 months to make sure I don't have any clogs or leaks and will unclog the sprinklers at no charge, as necessary. They will also adjust the timers to account for seasonal changes, at the start of the winter and spring. This is the kind of old-fashioned great and personalized service that is so hard to come by these days. I wholeheartedly recommend Zach's Lawn Care.- Rosanne G.

Zach's Lawn CareKevin has become my lifeline at my property! He come over to the property in a very timely manner and got my property ready for my next tenant. He performed a few repairs that were needed, set up the TV that had been disconnected, got out my many chairs that were put into the house pre-storm, got me pool chairs out and cleaned up the lawn. Matthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). I cannot recommend Mark and his team enough. I was having drainage issues in the back and along the side of my house. I sent an email to Eau Gallie Wholesale explaining the issue and asking for options on ways to fix it. Mark came out and walked me through his recommendations as well as the reasons behind them (which was unexpected but greatly appreciated). He also gave me a reasonable quote along with some fair expectations as to how much the drainage would improve. He and his team did an amazing job. You honestly could not even tell they were there once the sod took root and the lawn was back to normal. Not only did they come in slightly under their estimate, but the drainage was even better than he originally told me to expect. My neighbor even noticed the improvement and asked me who did the work. I was more than happy to point him in the direction of Mark and Eau Gallie Wholesale Nursery!

If Lionel recommend checking for termites and basil send you someone get the report insist on seeing it before your closing!!! Any other recommendations from basil will be unprofessional don’t make the same mistake I did please !!!! Just to name a few $17,500 Cash complimentary food ,my payed Materials all gone and ..... if your looking for all your brand new items in your home painted up ,cement and full of dust not to forget on finish paint job in EVERY ROOM, new Windows with paint all over the outside, I was told by him and him team everything is finish ,after driving 14 hours clean and mop my dad room to give your 80 year old dad a bath to find out there’s very little water coming out his bath by then where coughing from the bleach , there’s not enough water to wash out the shower, went to second bathroom same problem but a little more on the bottom . Theses are brand new showers ! water leaking under the sink and they put a T-shirt under after 3 months 3 weeks don’t take any advice from basil. His intention I think is good buy at the end of the day I’m paying for a service not empty words and unprofessional work ! He’s a smooth talker that will cost you stress and more money in the end !

We got this company when they bought our previous provider. In the year and more after that, out lawn declined steadily. All TruGreen offered was to charge us more for services we did not need. We finally broke it off with them, but they did not make it easy. Proceed with great caution.
