Dennis did a great job helping me with a house that I was buying. The pre-purchase inspection revealed a few outlets and switches that were not up to code, and he came out and fixed them for me, and even fixed a few small extra things I brought up that weren't part of the original service...
We needed two walls put in where we had water damage and we needed cabinets put in as we'll as the entire house needed new floors put down and we contacted them several times and left messages but we never heard back.
We had a minor floor 12/23, a rep was at our house at 8AM 12/24. Work began 12/27, finished 12/28. The problem was common to our villas built in 1987. Water Works has promised this service to other owners. All happy with the results.

They also told me that the system in place would not work and should never have been placed and in the end, recommended I hire an irrigation company, stating that they are not an irrigation company and, when asked about a partial refund since the system placed did not work, they refused. In short, I cannot recommend this company. Poor work, poor customer service."

"Only did about one third of the work- could not complete without me signing a waiver relieving them of any damage done to my pool surface. This was not mentioned until after approximately one third or less of the work was completed. Management was condescending and unwilling to negotiate as they wanted half of the contracted money and barely completed one third of the contract. None of the issues we hired them to correct were fixed and I have zero confidence the pool deck is actually stabilized as they claim since the technician stated to me the day he was there that he could not complete stabilization without injecting more foam which he could not do without possibly damaging the surface of my pool. After paying them more than $3,200.00 it looks worse than it did before they showed up. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!"
