Carl was very polite. He called and told me what time he would be here and arrived on time. He was very considerate. He did the job in a fair amount of time. The only problem is that he didn't clean up after himself. All of the old things that he took off were left in the shower. The guy that did the floors was upset because he had to clean up the mess before he could start his job. The good thing is that when I told him there was still some leaking, he came back on the same day to fix it.

If it is your very first experience with his company, I recommend that you ask to speak to him personally, he will return your call. He has additional crew members and he stands behind their work. I would not hesitate to advise you to use them in an emergency, even calling the company for the very first time. You owe it to yourself to meet Karl personally in order to understand the integrity and professionalism of his compamy. He will tell you everything you need to know about your plumbing systems, maintenance, and convey the individual personalities of his crew so you know who is coming to your home.

It went well. Mark showed up when he said he would and had us up and running in an extremely short amount of time

Mark had come to check the leaking Fawcett. He did a temporary fix for me  until I could purchase one that I wanted. After I got the Fawcett I called and asked for someone to come and install it. Dillan and his helper came and installed the Fawcett and then cleaned the area up. They were both professional and pleasant. Later that day when I was doing    the dishes, water started running out of the cabinet and all over the kitchen floor, Water was spraying inside of the cabinet. I put towels on the floor to soak up the water and phoned Alert. The answering service listened  and then notified the technician . Dillan called me back and arrived about 15 minutes later. He found the problem, made the necessary repairs in minutes. He offered to put all the cleaning products back under the sink. I thanked him and said I would take care of that.  He cleaned everything up, took all his tools and told me to call if I had any  problems.

They responded so quickly, because we had a new delivery the next day and did everything in a very professional manner

Dillan was the mechanic who came to the house to do this job and a job about 2 weeks ago to replace the kitchen faucet and fix any leaks around the sink. He was pleasant, helpful and efficient, and did an excellent job both times. We have used alert plumbing since the mid 2000's at least and will continue to use them in the future. They have an answering service that takes your information and relays the message to them, and they have always responded within an hour or 2 tops, they set up a time to come out and usually call before they arrive to remind me.
I like that I can count on them!

It took two visits to complete service not the fault of the technition

We found water all over our floor one day and called Alert Plumbing out.  They arrived within 30 minutes of our call.  The service technician quickly found the leak and repaired by replacing a pipe.  Very professional, friendly and in a timely manner.

We woke this morning to no water in the home. I called Alert Plumbing and after telling the young lady my issue she informed me she would let Karl know. Hung up and in just a minute the wife yelled to me they were here. Fastest service I ever saw. Karl checked the system and told us the switch on the pump on the system had gone bad, and they were constantly going bad on those pumps. He had one on the truck and in a few minutes had us working again. Alert is the best! If I need a plumber, Alert Plumbing is who I have always called, and will continue to call. Service is great and prices are very fair. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Their response time (especially on weekends) is awesome! Mark took care of the issue and gave us a call to let us know it was completed. We use them exclusively for our plumbing issues and would highly recommend them to others.
