We have only one location and single phone number that only the owner answers 954.347.9566; a two men company. As a small business, we value our reputation more than anything and for that reason we do not subcontract any help at all. We do not deserve this review, we have been confused with some other company, call us to clarify please. My neighbor an elderly lady came to me for help, she had accidently locked herself out of her home. Found this one on Angie's List and called for help. The owner himself realizing this was an older lady responded himself as his other locksmith was busy and was here inside a half hour (Think of it as a police care responding to a code 3 call as it was already sweltering hot outside) and within minutes he had her door open and her back in the house cooling down.
His fast response, and professional attitude and concern for her well being definitely puts him at the top of my list should there be another need for a locksmith anywhere locally, I will definitely call him in.

Offered to provide the remote, and also suggested that I could purchase one on eBay, and that he would program it for me, at a very reasonable cost. {Took the suggestion, and was able to find one for $19.00, which I have ordered, and will have Mr. Sanchez program for me.}
