Three words: DO NOT HIRE In my opinion they were the most unethical, unprofessional and careless moving company I have ever encountered in ten moves over the years. Things were fine until they took my payment. Unfortunately, I fell for the sales pitch that they would take care of my expensive furniture and antiques. The communication and customer service immediately went downhill after paying. Numerous items were damaged in a move that was less than 15 minutes away and there was extensive damage to the wood floors and walls in both homes. The packers were rude and argumentative—just as were the staff members during the claim process—I guess it’s true about workplace behavior filtering from the top down! Filing a claim was the most unpleasant situation I’ve ever encountered. They failed to send someone to inspect the home I was selling in a timely manner, so I suffered a great loss because it sold immediately. They didn’t send qualified personnel for inspection and even though I filed detailed descriptions of damages, along with professional appraisals and photos they appeared to ignore it. In my opinion, the inspector appeared to be working for them and receiving pay offs for not reporting accurate damages. He was also rude and argumentative and kept telling me this or that was not damaged in the move! Even though I saw him photograph damages, the claims person did not appear to receive all of them. I couldn’t believe how dishonest everyone was during this process. Of course, I had taken photos showing the perfect condition of everything before Premier Relocations entered my home. They quoted paperwork they said I had received stating that most everything was excluded from damage, but I never received a copy and they couldn’t produce the paperwork to prove it. I NEVER signed or received anything like that—I NEVER would have hired them if they were not going to take responsibility for loss or damages to my belongings or homes. I had full value protection insurance and had thousands of dollars of damages and was only reimbursed a pittance. Their customer care department didn’t offer any assistance either—the advice I was given proved to be lies too. After wasting over $2,400.00 of my time, I decided to accept their insulting claim settlement even though I will NEVER agree with any of it. I had to move on and have my new home repaired so I could live in it. I regret doing so, but after wasting over $2400.oo of my time I had no choice and will just have to live my life knowing how they took advantage of me. I do regret not investigating them before hiring and seeing all the horrible reviews! I should have gone with a company with a lower estimate. They are affiliated with MAYFLOWER (referred me to Premier) and CORRIGAN (claims), so in my opinion, avoid those companies too! Three closing words: Do Not Hire PREMIER RELOCATIONS, MAYFLOWER or CORRIGAN!

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!! They charge too much for what they do. They destroyed the furniture due to the fact they did not wrap and slid the fabric couches over the cement. Shredded the corners and then offer less than $500.00 for over $2,000.00 worth of damage. Yes, I paid for Full Value Protection. The crew started off great but as the hours went on later in the day the attitudes started coming out and they just no longer cared about your belongings. It was hurry up and off load toss wherever and get out. Not professional at all. Would never recommend them to anyone.

We recently moved 1 mile down the road and hired premier to help with the move. About 30 minutes after being their the mover mentioned there was a stain on my couch and said it was not them. I didn't think anything of it as the mark was small and i honestly didn't remember if it was their at the time. At the end of the move while the crew was removing all of the protection from the stairs and cleaning up the tape and boxes the driver rushed me through paperwork saying they had an overnight drive to South Carolina and needed to get on the road. While rushing me through he handed me a sheet of paper and said this just confirms we didnt cause any major damage. They did not advise that I should go check the old house after their second load and that signing this would waive liability of anything or i would have checked thoroughly. Thats what I get for being a trusting person and understanding they were in a rush to leave. I now realize the reason they forced me through signing so fast is because they were trying to hide the fact that there were black grease marks all over my new carpet on the stairs(THAT WERE COVERED WHEN I WAS FILLING OUT THE PAPERWORK) as well as the stairs at my old house. The marks were consistent with stain on the couch and the carpet was installed the day before so I know there is no way it was not from the movers especially with it being at the old house, the new house, and the furniture. It was a black grease like substance probably from the truck or dolly. THIS PLACE IS FULL OF SCAM ARTISTS THEY LED US ALONG FOR 2 WEEKS KNOWING WE ARE CLOSING ON THE SALE OF THE OLD HOME NEXT WEEK SAYING THEY WOULD MAKE THIS RIGHT. WE GET A LETTER IN THE MAIL TODAY STATING SINCE I SIGNED THE FORM THEY ARE DENYING ANY RESPONSABILITY. NOT ONLY ARE THEY OVER PRICED THEY ARE DISHONEST. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!

I initially thought it went well. After I was able to examine my furniture, I found damage that was not there prior to the move. I attempted to file a claim. All I ask is that repairs be made to my furniture. The claim was denied due to the time lag of my claim and an inspector claiming normal wear and tear. I was verbally and in writing told that I had 90 days to file a claim. I have used 3 moving companies in the past and none penalized me for not noting damage on the day of the move.

It's been a while but in spite of one broken hutch that was really noones fault that did get fixed very well- and was not easy to fix- our move was very good- the guys worked hard and were thorough and great! They were on time and got it all done by days end. I can't say enough about your companies preplanning ideas and follow through on the glass repair.

Everything went smoothly, picked up on time, delivered right away to Michigan house, held our Florida goods for later delivery in Florida, and coordinated delivery in Florida. We packed ourselves, but still, they handled well so that only one small item broke that did not require a claim. They got third party vendor to crate art work that protected the work, with minor, repairable damage to one frame. Considering the quantity moved, and dual destinations, we were completely satisfied. The customer rep was always accessible. They had overestimated the weight of the Florida move so we received a refund.

Horrible!!!!!!!!!!Don't use this company or any moving company that is own by unigroup. We moved from Michigan to Texas and cost us 18000 and some change. This company is horrible. They will lie to you to gain your business. They lost and damage many of our items. This company use not professional movers. We bought their insurance, and they don't want to pay for damage items. This company is horrible and I don't recommended. Is better to pay a moving truck and get movers to load your items in the truck and drive to your new destination. I will be posting more in a few days.

This company promised and delivered top notch moving services. Upholstered pieces were wrapped in plastic, floor services were protected and banisters were wrapped with blankets.  Staff from the assessor, moving crew and moving coordinator were professional and personable. If I needed to move again, these would be the people to call. Prices were competitive with others in the industry.

It went well. We did a lot of the packing ourselves to keep costs down but they were at our house for 2 days packing, 1 day packing the truck and another unpacking at the new place.

I wish I could give A+++ I called to have an item picked up that I purchased and they were able to pick up and deliver it to me the same day! The 2 men that delivered my item were very kind and professional. They had to change trucks and someone contacted me to let me know it was going to be a little later than expected. Great customer service and they treated my item as though it were theirs! Awesome service and company highly recommend this company!

Great! The estimate was almost dead on, and Robin gave us some cost saving tips for packing. The guys arrived on time and worked away almost non-stop for over 6 hours, barely stopping for lunch. They were very respectful of all our belongings and our house, being careful to wrap things and protect our floors. No marks on my expensive paint job either! The guys were super nice too, and as a woman I felt very comfortable with them. I'm not planning on moving any time soon, but if I did I would use Premier again.

Everything went great, starting with Gary providing us with a same day firm quote. Marissa our moving coordinator was really good. She responded to our questions quickly, helped us with boxes and constantly followed up through the process. The movers in Michigan, Tom, Jamal and Kevin were terrific. Our furniture was wrapped so it was totally protected. They were professional and efficient but also kept us laughing the whole day. It really made a stressful situation, moving across the country, much easier for us. When our goods were in transit, Marissa contacted us with our exact date, The driver, Bill, even called twice to check in. Our goods arrived as scheduled and Bill and his Las Vegas crew did a great job. We would recommend Premier Relocations.

Move date was contingent upon closing sale of home. Closing was delayed multiple times requiring moving company to adjust service schedules many times. In each instance our move coordinator was always extremely knowledgeable and resourceful to track along with us given a very fluid situation. Given short load notices and several abrupt holds, both coordinator and company was always professional, courteous, adaptable and accommodating to us.

When the move did take place we had asked that the crew be expediant to complete loading by a specific time. They bested that time to allow us an earlier departure by 2 hours. Having been a professional mover in my prime I was more than impressed by their effort. Material was to be shipped interstate 1,300 miles. Not one item of the 10,000 lb load was lost or damaged. This is testimony to the professionalism and expertise of every employee in their organization. From a spot on estimate though the rolling up of the carpet protector, service was sterling.

One could say other moving services could cost less, however, it's our belief you get exactly what you pay for. At some point the savings of a discounted rate is shortlived by the aggravation of dealing with problems at the recieving end. Similar to lost luggage at the airport; you're home, tired and spent. Not the best time to have more heaped on you're plate. This moving experience was trouble- free in every aspect. Well worth it and reward for a higher investment. I wish every company, big and small, would operate at this superior level of performance.

It went exactly as quoted by Gary, the rep. Price was spot-on, no hidden add ons. He came to the home and viewed the pieces to move and made an estimate that was very accurate. He offered suggestions to lessen the cost, such as taking apart bed frame (a simple chore) which I could do myself...it took time off the total move, saving money....


I would use them again. My sister in law used them a few years ago and loved them, now I know why.

I  had a great experience right from our first phone contact.  Moving can be very stressful, especially under time constraints. I  obtained 3 quotes for our move.  This company was informative and asked questions to identify ways to help us. They sent someone to the house to estimate the cost. The man who came out was outstanding! During a stressful time, it it an unexpected pleasure to work with someone who is friendly, kind and helpful. He knew the whole operation and was extremely good at estimating the cost. They seemed so professional and provided full service i expected their price to be the highest. There price was the same but with so much more support.  We were told about a cleaning service the offer. It seemed too much of a luxury at the time. But during the week of the move it was becoming clear why the offer this service. We were exhausted from packing and we were still working and running our family.  I called the office to see if it was possible, they so cheerfully made arrangements for us. The women who arrived did in awesome job. It was great to leave our home in good condition. The day of the move went very well.  I was happy to know the movers were background checked and drugged screened for employment. The movers were well trained and supervised. I purchased the extra insurance but did not need to make a single claim. All fragile items and furniture was moved without a scratch.  I feel so appreciative that there are still companies that do the job they promise from start to finish.
