The carpet had not been cleaned for about a year and had been rented almost continuously during this period, so it was dirty. Jeffrey did a great job cleaning the carpet, and even cleaned several spots that I thought would probably not come out. This is the second time we have used Jeffrey. We were very happy both times and plan to use him again.

I have hired Jeffrey Harvey for the past 20 years because I am impressed with his cleaning ability and his pleasant and professional manner. He always calls the night before his scheduled cleaning to confirm his appointment which is a definite plus. Jeffrey moves furniture if necessary and asks if there are any special stains he needs to treat. I had a brown stain on the inside arm of my pink upholstered chair which he removed completely even though I did not know what the stain was from.

Jeff is a true professional when it comes to cleaning. He had previously cleaned room carpeting for us on a number of occasions over the years. This time we asked him to clean not only some carpeting, but all of our ceramic tile flooring. His workmanship was outstanding as usual. Tiles looked like brand new. Before he left he also cleaned a number of sofa cushions. A versatile person to come clean your home.

Jeffrey has performed his magic on our floors for more than six years. He typically cleans our carpets twice a year as we have two small pups that drag in all of the outdoors; he has cleaned our tile floors several times as well. We trust Jeffrey completely and tend to not even be home when he works. He is professional, honest, hardworking and reliable. Jeffrey cleaned 12 oriental rugs for me, some with significant pet stains. I was very pleased with the results and his professionalism. He was very honest regarding the optimal results he could obtain with some of the worst stained rugs. He was punctual with his appointments and his charges for the cleaning were very reasonable.

Fantastic! Jeffrey was punctual, took his time to do a thorough job . He answered all my questions and was careful revising the quote for services when I changed what I wanted done. He made sure that I understood his fees. Throughout the process Jeffrey was totally patient and professional, not rushing through the job. His work was meticulous. My carpet and tile look amazing. We are more than totally satisfied . The job he did was worth every penny. It is obvious Jeffrey takes pride in his work and we highly recommend him to anyone needing their carpets or tile cleaned.

He was on time, thorough and explained everything very well. He explained that some of the stains would not go away completely but would be considerably less noticeable. He was correct. The carpets looked and felt wonderful when he was done.

Jeff Harvey is such a nice person. He showed up on time, was very friendly and respectful and after running a test "free-of-charge", he very honestly concluded that because my carpets are a certain material, his cleaning method would not best suitable. Mr. Harvey cleaned a sectional sofa and did a wonderful job. He answered my request for an estimate quickly and was very upfront and the timeframe and the cost. He confirmed our service the day before and was right on time. He spent two and a half hours cleaning the sofa and was extremely thorough. He brought drop cloths to insure that our floor was kept clean and was immaculate. Can't say enough about how professional he was.

Second time in past year. Very pleased with this family owned business. Great attention to details and very neat. Uses large powerful vacuum first then cleans carpet. Also afterwards uses a clean brush to go over carpet which pops up the grain of carpet.

This is the second time I have engaged Mr. Harvey's services. He is extremely professional - a welcome quality these days. He arrives on time, he is careful and does the job with perfection. His prices are reasonable - three bedrooms, two walk-in closets were about $371. He uses no chemicals, only steam cleaning, and even left us "booties" to wear when walking on the carpets while they dried. He also gave us important advice about what not to put on our carpets - remnants placed on top definitely not recommended because of the damage the backing can do to the pile carpet.

Great, this guy was a pro, honest , neat, on time and no oversell as he actually talked me out of cleaning tile floor as equipment would do damage where I had loose tiles! I would hire again, you will not go wrong with this company! The owner does the work!

Jeffrey did a magnificent job. Our carpet is a very light color, so it's not easy. He was on time (actually a few minutes early), which is a rarity. He pinned up all the skirting on the upholstered furniture which has never been done by any other service provider and gave us booties to wear around until everything was really dry. He worked very **** ** some spots which were of unknown origin. As long as he is in business, we will never use anyone else.

Jeffrey was professional and thorough. In the 50 years I have had carpets cleaned he did the best job. I did not think my carpeted stairs could be cleaned but Jeffrey did a beautiful job. Would recommend without any hesitation.
