Used Newport Windowland for storm door install. Quite a wait for install, but with Covid, I knew things were backed up. Estimate was scheduled and information on price and options were sent to me without a hitch. Storm door price was very fair and office staff replied to a few questions I had. Installation: the installer was great. He was on time, talked to me about a few things and cleaned up very nicely. He definitely knew what he was doing as my last door had sagged. Everyone at business was professional, prompt with appointments and the work and price were both very good. Windows will be next.

It was excellent. They showed up on time and they got it all installed. They took care of business.

No issues, all of the staff both in the office and on site were very courteous and professional. Would not think twice about hiring again.

They did excellent work. The owner of the place came down. He measured it and did exactly what I wanted. It is sturdy and it held up during this winter. Even my mother was surprised. They were clean, neat and they cleaned up after themselves. They left nothing behind and we couldn't tell that they were here. He has been in business for years. They knew what color to put that would look good on it and how far to put it out from the house. They were excellent and were experienced at it. The owner was excellent.

The men were very professional and did a great job. My home looks great pulling up to it now. i would definitely use them again.

I am very happy with the windows and the installation. The person doing the estimate was punctual and the window installers completed the work on the scheduled day. However, the installers arrived after the scheduled time window and scheduling a date for an estimate and then having the windows made and installed took weeks. Which was tough for replacing a broken window. I am completely satisfied with the completed work. Writing this review as I contact them for more work.

I wasn't happy with them. He didn't know how to measure and it is not the best job. I had a broken window and I didn't want to pay the amount of money they were asking. They were fine. They didn't charge me anything for the estimate.

they were extremely careful and very one of the gentlemen had to leave on an emergency and he was replaced immediatly and the job was done when promised.

I was very happy with double pane windows. They installation was quick and it was a good price.
