Martin provided a written price quote, explained the process, showed me examples of his work and completed the project before the expected date of completion. Extremely unprofessional. I had Martin and team here earlier this year to install a fence. There were delays with the HOA and township that led to about one month between receiving the estimate and giving the check for supplies. We were charged an additional $300 for supplies and were never given the promised receipt to prove the purchase. Our gate also broke off the fence within 2 weeks of installation because it was improperly installed. Instead of securing the gate to the 4x4 post they secured it through the 1 inch thick fence paneling to a cut short piece of 2x4. Upon the fence cracking I reached out and he said he would come by to fix it. Multiple follow ups yielded no result. The gate then came completely off. Again he promised to come fix it multiple times. Eventually they just stopped responding and we were forced to pay extra to fix it ourselves. Buyer beware.

Owner was very responsive, but not proactive about communicating changes in dates & times. I am pleased with the final product.

These guys are really hard workers and they did an amazing job. The job took longer than expected because of the weather but they got it done as promised. We'll definitely get them to come do other projects for us in the future.

Project: Privacy fence installation We contracted Martin Alvarez with Alvarez Landscaping Company to install over 200 linear feet of privacy fence. Martin was very easy to get in contact with and provided an estimate for our project in a short time frame. He was very knowledgeable and recommended ways we could save money. He and his colleagues were very professional and completed our project in a very quick turnaround time. The work and craftsmanship is excellent, and he was very accommodating to all of our requests. We now have a solid privacy fence and two custom gates all for a price that canâ t be beat.

I have tried numerous times to contact him and his partner regarding the unsatisfactory walkway they installed, neither have returned any of the calls. There are cracks, spaces and uneven with poor quality materials, not at all worth the money he was paid, the fact he is refusing to honor his contract by ignoring the calls to correct the problems make it worse!!! and speaks volumes Less

Martin Alvarez was very responsive and knowledgeable about how to care for my lawn which has been in disrepair for a long time. Rather than charge us a lot of money for this project, he suggested a slower, staged strategy to save money and give time to fix some of the root problems. I look forward to working with him in the future!

Quick response, gave me a price and completed the work early the next week. Did stone border (retaining wall) around my flower beds from front of house, to the back. Looks great!!

He came right away to quote a deck cleaning & painting. Since it was just him I decided to hire someone else but had him power wash my garage, fence, deck furniture & concrete patio. So we were both happy he got work and did an excellent job and I got more stuff done 🤗

They were very responsive, quoted me the day I started my project, came out the next day and did the job. Cut down 5 trees and you would never know they were even here. Hire them.
