"provided initial extermination of pests (roaches and rodents).  I love the response time from the time i submitted the question from Angie's site to Modern, the rep, Dave contacted me the next day to talk about what i needed and indicated he could have some come out right away--which is what i wanted.
there was a little snag in the technician's arrival time, but when I called the office to confirm that the technician would still be arriving, the gentleman answering the phone indicated there was a mix up and the technician was on his way.
My majority age daughter was home when the technician visited and she indicated he was thorough.
I must admit trying to get follow up info on scheduling monthly service and whether or not they'll give me a credit for the next service has had a wrinkle, with no follow up (sent email asking for credit on next service since the provider offered a coupon at time of service, and while I mentioned it in our coordinating discussions, my daughter--who can't remember anything if it's not relative to her world) :) forgot to give the tech the coupon. 
I also called this morning (10/14) asking for a schedule and price and was told tech would return call but didn't receive by end of business (10/14)
I realize that when you're on the go and trying to manage communications things slip through the cracks; I believe this is a family owned business and i highly support family owned small businesses over the big guy/gal businesses, so I'll be patient for a couple more days.

That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. "I contacted Morgan brothers after previous so said online contractor completely installed my bathroom tile, sheet rock and floor(Horrifically erroneous).after having to rebuy all new materials/tiles etc Morgan brothers took down previous amiss done by prior “contractor” and installed new tile,tub, sink,floor and fixtures etc accurately. Morgan brothers were unintimidating, easy to speak with regarding any concerns/questions I may have had. The team cleaned their work space decent, showed up timely. I can’t say enough about their work skills, professionalisms. My bathroom is up and I’m amazed. Wish I could submit some beautiful pictures of the Morgan brothers remodel of my amazing new bathroom. I painfully had to rebuy tile, materials etc anddd pay another contractor, My pain went away when I seen the end results. Morgan brothers will always the my 1st call."

"Rick's work is exemplary. Even after a year, the custom bathroom he built for us looks top notch. He was very patient with us in selecting custom fittings, and other niceties and worked with us every step of the way. And he was definitely very affordable.
The only challenge I had was with the fact that he used too many subcontractors and at times that made it challenging. But each time we brought Rick in, he solved those challenges very quickly.
