"We've been very happy with Modern over the past 5 years. We started with termites, then we had carpenter bees, and finally we had a hornets nest in our yard. Modern has always had great service, decent prices, very easy to work with. We have the termite contract so we see a service person at least once a year. Very happy with their service!

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"From salesman to installers to plumber the job went very smooth & effortless. Very pleased with the completed job."

"I can't thank Mark enough for being a voice of reason who stepped in to help us deal with a tricky situation.
He is a straight forward, smart guy who cares about his clients. And that's not to say he doesn't care about the bottom line, too. He got us the best rate out of the three lenders we spoke with, and he made sure we understood exactly what we our options were.
He is extremely responsive and quick -  and you cannot underestimate the degree to which hustle can matter in housing transactions. He's an all-around gem, so glad we found him.

"I contacted Morgan brothers after previous so said online contractor completely installed my bathroom tile, sheet rock and floor(Horrifically erroneous).after having to rebuy all new materials/tiles etc Morgan brothers took down previous amiss done by prior “contractor” and installed new tile, tub, sink, floor and fixtures etc accurately. Morgan brothers were unintimidating, easy to speak with regarding any concerns/questions I may have had. The team cleaned their work space decent, showed up timely. I can’t say enough about their work skills, professionalisms. My bathroom is up and I’m amazed. Wish I could submit some beautiful pictures of the Morgan brothers remodel of my amazing new bathroom. I painfully had to rebuy tile, materials etc anddd pay another contractor, My pain went away when I seen the end results. Morgan brothers will always the my 1st call."

"They did a nice job putting together an efficiency audit and explaining what they'd like to do.  The price wasn't cheap, but they were flexible in detailing the different pieces of the overall bid.
They were a little persistent about closing the deal, but my wife and I had to prioritize finances elsewhere in our new house.  We intend on refreshing the estimate and doing the work sometime in the near future.

"Rick's work is exemplary. Even after a year, the custom bathroom he built for us looks top notch. He was very patient with us in selecting custom fittings, and other niceties and worked with us every step of the way. And he was definitely very affordable.
The only challenge I had was with the fact that he used too many subcontractors and at times that made it challenging. But each time we brought Rick in, he solved those challenges very quickly.

"Jim and his team finished our basement this winter. They did an excellent job with all areas of the construction. Jim handled coordinating permits and code standards with the township, and also worked with us on the design and floor plan.
We had two rooms (den and bedroom), an egress window, a full bathroom, a finished closet, and two unfinished rooms (storage and mechanical) put in. Jim subbed out the electrical, plumbing, tile, and the window well dig-out to reputable, insured sub-contractors. Jim seems to ?know a guy? for any aspect of the job. They also did a bunch of custom carpentry including cubbies under the stairwell and built-in bookcases and cabinets for the entertainment area.
We are very happy with the job Hunt General Contracting did, and would definitely use them again for future projects.
