This woman did a horrible job. Her and some man came late and did nothing as expected. I would never recommend her to my enemy’s home to clean. I wanted someone to come and clean every other month. She said she’s the one that will do a great job and did a horrible job.. wood floors sticky, kitchen cabinets was smeared, granite counters was not cleaned, wiped down or anything, just was still on the furniture…..said she was going to clean my baseboards they was not clean. She did a horrible job. I attached pictures to show you the proof.

Rosslyn was prompt, professional and thorough- everything I could ask for especially since my original appointment with Angi.was canceled last-minute this business came through in a big way.

Rosalind and her team did a fantastic job they worked non-stop for 4 hours. I really appreciate the fact that after they bagged up all the trash, they took all the bags outside for me (from an upstairs bedroom).

We discussed what was needed. Once all the construction was completed, we turned the house over to Clutter Masters and they did an excellent job, attacking windows which had heavy smoke stains, degreasing kitchen cabinets, polishing bathrooms and making wood floors look almost new. The house shined when they were done.

"I got swifted!!". This was a clean before "move in" to our home we just purchased, meaning the house was completely empty, and I am upset!! I was charged $210 plus $30, because of window cleaning, for two people to come and clean a three bedroom two bath Ranch style home. I asked for one thing that the inside kitchen cabinets be cleaned, they were not, nor was the microwave cleaned inside or out. I support small businesses but, they got me this time. I will not use them again nor due they get a recommendation from me. The only thing they did consistently was swift my hardwood floors.

Clutter J Masters recently organized a linen closet and a clothes closet for me. They helped me throw out things that were not being used to make room for new things!! Somehow, we wind up accumulating alot of stuff over the years and we don’t realize it. When you hire an efficient, professional service like Clutter J Masters you’re forced to go through the things you don’t need and get rid of this clutter finally & swiftly!! It was a pleasure dealing with this company. The staff is pleasant and the prices are very REASONABLE too!! What more can you ask for?

I have given a rating of 2, due to the fact yes my house looked better. However when I spoke with cleaner over phone she was told what I needed done in my home. She showed up on time & was pleasant and explained it was just her doing the job. We did a room to room walk through again telling her what I needed done. ok no problem. When she was fininshed she stated she under charged me. I only paid what she quoted plus a tip. when she left I stated to see things that I needed done & they weren't !!! Toast crumbs under my microwave, swift marks of a damp rag or polish on my wood furniture it left marks, didn't dust ceiling fans and didn't clean bottom of toilet YIKES. My kitchen floor,, laundry room & bathroom floor was sticky from what she used to clean it. My hardwood floors had spots where what was sprayed left spots & were not cleaned up. This was a sloppy job! I needed my house cleaned as her and I discussed. This was done half as.... I had to have my husband help me clean what this woman was paid to do! I will never use this company again. And to tell me she under charged me! Maybe if there was a 2nd person it would have be better. And to bout my house wasn't dirty. I was asking for the basics to be done and they weren't. Who doesn't wipe around the bottom of toilet???

Rosalind and her team are great. I originally contacted her for help decluttering, but since then I have enjoyed her cleaning services. Professional and easy to work with, I would recommend to a friend.

Ms. Rosalind and her team came to a home that needed some cleaning and organizing. When she was finished, I had just that: a clean, organized and fresh home that I now enjoy. Clutter J Masters is a definite speed dial service that I will use again and again.

I think Rosalind must bite off more than she can chew for her service. Many tasks we discussed were not completed or poorly done. Too rushed. Hit and miss cleaning. Very disappointed.

what a waste, I had to do the dishes again. she charged me $20 extra because I had xtra dishes. she di not sweep or vac kitchen or bathrooms. horrible.

Sadly, I can’t leave 0 stars. IT WAS HORRIBLE!!!! There was a crew of 3 (her and her two teen granddaughters and a little boy, who was just with them).I told her we were just moving in (there was no furniture in the house yet) and the house hadn’t been lived in in a while. We needed a move in clean. What we asked to be done was not all done and I'm very disappointed. Sadly, it wasn't until much later was noticed. To start, in the Master bathroom, the inside of the toilet was the only area cleaned on the entire toilet; the sinks were maybe wiped down and the shower wasn't even touched at all. We asked that the white poles on the staircase be cleaned and I even pointed out what I was talking about and she said "ok", those weren't cleaned, the pantry door in the kitchen and the bathroom door downstairs has dirt all over the outside that wasn't cleaned and my husband asked for the spider webs to be removed from the corners and ceilings and she said "ok". That was not done. She asked if we wanted windows cleaned and we said yes, the she tells us it was an extra $2.50 per window. That should have been stated when she called me originally. I realized later that she didn’t even vacuum, all that was done was sweep and quickly mop with the swifter. Before she left I asked if everything was done and she said "yes". It wasn't! If this is your business and you’re going to have people, especially young people, help you, you should make sure what they do has been done properly. I sent a text letting her know I wasn’t satisfied and I received no response. This was almost $300 waisted!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PERSON AT ALL!!!

Overall, areas were a lot cleaner than before but were not cleaned to perfection and some areas were left undone. We were promised 3 workers but only 2 came. It is a large house and needed the help of all three.
