"My experience with Advanced Granite Solutions was great from the start. I found them on Angie's List and visited the store soon afterwards. I was able to view the granite slabs and spoke to Matt briefly while I was there. When Matt came to my house to measure my countertops, he remembered my name. I was impressed because there were many customers in the store the day I visited and my appointment was a week later. I received my quote the same day and I also scheduled my install. A few days before the installation date, I decided to add two additional cabinets to my kitchen. I contacted Matt via email and he told me that wasn't a problem and I should contact him when I was ready. I did a month later and my second measure and install date took place rather quickly. "I was in constant contact with them,by phone, before  the installation. I was nervous about what I had chosen and was invited to take my time and go to the showroom to see it on a larger scale. Measuring day and day of installation the crew were prompt, very clean, very professional. Everything was covered during installation and they happily answered any questions I had.  There was a very small problem with one of the countertops fitting correctly. "We were very pleased with everything from start to finish. We wish all transactions and work could go this smoothly. After purchasing our deal we went to Kol and Marble to pick out our granite and schedule installation. The office staff were very professional. Somebody came on a Saturday to measure and we were set up a few days later. We had to pay a bit more than the originally deal price of $1499.00 because we had additional square footage. The workers came right on time, took out the old countertops, and installed the new ones. They left no mess and everything was very professional. We love our new countertops. We would use this company again.

"I contacted approximately 10 different companies through Angie's List to obtain an estimate for painting.  In addition, I should also note that I needed the company to commit to start and finish the job within several days of my inquiry.  Joe was the first of the 10 companies to respond to my inquiry and I set up an appointment for the next day... Memorial Day.  Joe was prompt, courteous, and very professional.  We discussed my needs and he confirmed that he could start the job the very next day.  Before the end of the day I received a written estimate and agreed to move forward with the painting. I was introduced to Love Tile and Marble through a claim with my home owner's insurance. Kevin and his team were sent out as sub-contractors for the tile repair. The insurance company paired us with a project manager to handle all aspects of the demolition and re-building of our two bathrooms. Long story short - we had a terrible experience with that project manager, and their other sub-contractors (the electrician, plumber, etc). The ONLY positive experience we had through the entire process was with Love Tile and Marble. Their workmanship was superior. They showed professionalism. And just as important, they showed respect for my home. These guys put down canvas to protect my hardwood floors and wiped their boots on the mat before they came in. It may seem like small gestures. But, through the 3 months of hellish renovations and dozens of contractors in and out of my home, the respectful ones stand out. 

After choosing my new floor tile, Kevin made suggestions on the pattern because of the imperfections in the tile (1/3 pattern, as opposed to the 1/2 pattern I originally wanted). I agreed with his suggestion and the floors came out beautifully! We also hired him again for other work, since we were so happy with his previous work. 

Bottom line - Kevin and his team are utterly fantastic. Fair and reasonable prices for top quality workmanship (which I can personally attest - is tough to find these days)."
