"It's a pretty decent system, I think. They send you the pieces and you install them yourself, which is pretty easy. The only real problem I have is that one sensor is too far away from the panel...or there's some interference, and they haven't been able to fix that. It's an interior door, so it's not the end of the world, just a little annoying. Their customer service is pretty good though. Nice, smart customer service people on the other end, very polite and helpful."

"Though the clean/inspection rate was a little high, by the time they came out and inspected my chimney (bought house in 2017), I understood why. They have excellent knowledge/equipment that lets the customer know exactly what is in need of repair/replacements to the fireplace and chimney. They use a camera line, much like plumbers use for sewer line inspections, in which everything can be seen (& explained) during the inspection. They also print out photos and short explanations under the photos as part of their inspection report, much like a home inspection report is done when considering a purchase of a home. The lead tech & assistant both were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and thorough, leaving the home clean. All questions were answered to my satisfaction. Excellent service."
