The hot water heater leaked and flooded my home causing mold, almost a week of no hot water and no compensation. This year, 4 years later and still under warranty, they misdiagnosed issues with the Lennox Thermostat they installed and then proceeded to charge me FOUR TIMES... Yes FOUR TIMES for service calls... Their ‘customer service’ is awful and the women who work there are completely inept... STAY AWAY!!!"

"In spite of multiple calls about poor grading and drainage, there was no follow through. Phone calls not returned. Our sod died and Passwaters took no responsibility. Contracted for some brush clearing and was charged twice the amount of the quote. Do not recommend!..."
