The hot water heater leaked and flooded my home causing mold, almost a week of no hot water and no compensation. This year, 4 years later and still under warranty, they misdiagnosed issues with the Lennox Thermostat they installed and then proceeded to charge me FOUR TIMES... Yes FOUR TIMES for service calls...
