They put sheets of plywood on the ground to catch all the mud they had to dig out, to protect the surrounding area. He also showed me the old piece of pipe, which was the problem, due to a previous, "shoddy" repair. And when the job was done, he was very responsive to my concern about "no"" cold water pressure. He checked all faucets and made sure everything was back to normal, before he left."

It's not clear that they would honor the internet quote. The 4 stars is based strictly on the price. They were in the range for the job I saw on the internet. All in all a good experience."
