The price was a third of the other estimates I received from companies using the same pull technique where they install the new pipe through the old pipe and pull the old lines out. They came out to provide a quote but were able to allocate time to do the installation. That was great. Zack the technician was knowledgeable, friendly and informative. They were higher than other internet only quotes but the response was well worth the price. The other companies quoted rates without seeing the job. It's not clear that they would honor the internet quote. The 4 stars is based strictly on the price. They were in the range for the job I saw on the internet. All in all a good experience."

I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. The team who actually did the work was very courteous and stayed until the job was done - a 12 hour process. (That was one question I didn't think to ask - approximately how long would it take) They communicated with us throughout the day, for example they asked where we wanted the sump pump to drain, instead of just making the decision.
