Instead of burying the problem they left the area open so that I was aware of the situation. The came back to replace the broken pipe. All companies run into issues from time to time. However, only standup companies own up to an issue and get it resolved immediately with no hassle to the customer. Yesterday, a few weeks after the installation I was testing the system manually.
