They put down drop cloths every morning to protect our hardwoods 2. They cleaned up their area each evening before leaving 3. Their attention to every detail was apparent. Here is an example- They had to reconstruct the window sill in the bathroom. They matched the other window sills in the house, without us having to think about it. They just did it. 4. They communicated with us throughout the process. 5. The actual work product-every aspect-was fantastic As someone who has gone through a fair amount of renovations, I would have to say that Martin's Home Improvement is in a class by themselves."

They came and looked, advised they did not think I needed the expensive "mud-jacking" treatment, but needed some support posts on two long stringers holding the house. Cost about half what i expected. They came when they said they would, installed and adjusted the posts, and problem seems solved."

"Salesman was very accommodating and arranged a quick installation as the house was on the market already. Installers arrived promptly and worked quickly and efficiently. Work foreman was very easy to work with and took the time to explain everything. Work was finished in a timely manner. Work area was left clean. Two calls to the service dept. a couple of weeks later have gone unanswered. My C rating on responsiveness is a combination of an A for the sales rep and an F for the service dept."

"I casted a huge net and got quotes from a lot of companies. AFS sent Eric out to give me a estimate. With in minutes I knew this guy was smarter than the average bear. Some other companies were only there 5 min. This guy clearly had some sort of engineering back ground. The work order he drew up was exactly what I need done no more no less. The total was about a thousand cheaper than every one else. Then came the work crew. You talk about fast and efficient. These guys had everything laid out, unloaded and started digging with in minutes. The Forman went over the game plan and what to expect. 3 hrs later they were done, my house was back perfect, you couldn’t even tell than had been there. AFS Exceeded my expectations from the top to bottom. I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my house but them."

"Inspector sent to evaluate the project was prompt, professional and explained the process in detail ( had photos) of what they were going to do. The work was able to be scheduled the same week, and completed in one day as promised. The crew was careful to make sure that my household belongings were covered and protected. Work was neat, all debris was removed and work areas cleaned- up. We have had wet weather since the project was done, and have had no issues with water coming into the basement or garage. The downstairs 'musty' smell that has been present since the house was built is GONE! I am very grateful to have this company recommended through HomeAdvisor :)"
