At the start of 2024, I started utilizing Michelle's Home Cleaners for the purpose of upkeep & convenience, and I've been consistently impressed! The team is always punctual, friendly, and incredibly thorough. Every room in my apartment is left spotless and fresh. The attention to detail and dedication to quality truly sets this team apart. Extremely expensive for the work done. Cleaned refrigerator for $50. They threw out $100 of Roast beef that that was not dated. They were supposed to clean the kitchen and did an awful job. Not using them again. Beware of these people. Sweet as pie, then stab in the back.

"I am very sorry that you feel that horribly about your cleaning. We had a really bad experience at your home as well but there is nowhere for us to review our customers. We always fix where we've went wrong with our customers, and you can see that with our reviews. You were supposed to be home to help the ladies sort through the fridge items since you weren't your husband had to make the decisions. No cleaning company will clean counters that are completely covered with clutter. And the cleaning ladies had to see your husband butt naked and you insulted us multiple times by email. We refused to continue services with you. You also accused your last cleaners you found on Angies Leads of stealling. So any cleaners considering cleaning for you should beware."

The cleaners were very professional but they were on a 2-hour time schedule and could not finish. For the price of $140, I felt it was not what I expected.
