This company is fantastic. Ed the owner has gone above and beyond to repair my home. It had pretty much fallen apart, and they rebuilt the exterior completely from the roof to the bottom. The team is professional and friendly. Most important is that the price was reasonable and the QUALITY of work impeccable. I am forever grateful for Ed. this situation happened in June 2024. he signed no contract. he already paid $5,461.17 from the total. the payment was through Zelle. the last communication with the Pro was by phone yesterday. The service provider took the money and is not answering the phone now.

We had to terminate the contract because they were unable to get the job done in a timely fashion. He had committed to completing a 2 day job by last Friday. He didn't not show up until 2 p.m. on Friday and left before 3 to check on his mother. He never contacted us until I had to contact him and inform him that we had to make other arrangements inasmuch as we are up against our own deadline. I let him know that we would be expecting a refund. Today he did provide a partial refund of our deposit minus $250. He was not able to provide details of the $250. He used very general language. He actually was on the job less than 1 hour and the only material he used was caulk. The $250 was excessive. Unless you can intervine, we will be in small claims court.

The remodel went very well. Mike did the work exactly they way we wanted it. We are very happy with it.
