"I had a bit of trouble with my molding around the doors vs how the system was designed. The tech guy hung with me for 39 minutes until it was perfect. I called customer service a couple times after that with questions that came up. The customer service team are professional and knowledgeable."

I needed service on the system and received poor customer service and outrageous pricing for a small service needed. That inspired me to look elsewhere for a new security system provider. I came across Jeremy and Larry from 1st Security LLC and all I can say, being a person in the service industry, they came through big time. Not only were they punctual and knowledgeable, they were plain old nice !!!! From the quote with Jeremy to the install with Larry, it was a pleasurable experience and one that I would recommend over and over again."
