"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. (The Home Advisor website does not have a category for backsplash removal, so I had to use the wall coverings category.) However, when I told him of the Formica removal, he said that it was not a problem, and he then got the proper tools to do the job. He got the job done in less than an hour.
