They wouldn't be in biz this long with their great reputation if they did not perform and execute as you would expect.

This was a great experience. They were very professional, friendly, respectful of my home and disruptions to it, arrived on time, completed the job within the two days scheduled. I would highly recommend them.

By January 26, 2017, I noticed the door was allowing large amounts of water into the doorway, and called the the sales rep Mike Foell to request correction. He told me someone would call me to schedule a repair. No one called. On February 11 I emailed Mr. Foell, saying screws from storm door panels had fallen out, along with bracket holding panel. He replied saying someone would call me to schedule a repair. No one called. I am left with a leaking storm door with panels coming off, water in the doorway, and very poor installation and backup by this company.

We replaced three standard windows with a bow window. Installation was uneventful but the new window immediately started leaking when it rained. Matus came out to inspect, add additional caulk, then told me it was probably my roof or brick pointing. We got a NEW ROOF and NEW BRICK POINTING and the window STILL LEAKED. It was obvious the window was defective but they wouldn't replace it, instead they took the window out, did some kind of jury-rigging and put back the same defective window again, insisting that would take care of the problem. It didn't take care of the problem, and Alex Matus ignored further contact from me instead of being appalled and embarrassed that he sold us a defective product. Between the new windows, brickpointing and new roof we spent $7000.00. THOUSANDS of dollars and now mold is growing on the window sill. So disappointing that this company won't stand behind their products, acknowledge it was defective, and replace the window and sill once and for all.

Scheduled to remove existing double door and side lites with new Provia double door and side lights. Will update review when work complete

The job went great!  I really like this company, I feel as if I'm dealing with a family member.  I got another quote for price, and the prices were about even, so I went with this company because of the customer service.  I decided to upgrade and get the blinds between the panes, I'm glad I did. The old door's profile was a little slimmer, and at first getting over the new threshold was awkward, but the workers were so nice and responsive, they modified the threshold right then and there!  I'm pleased with the product and very pleased with the job.  I would use this company again, and I would recommend this company to others. Nice, small family business, I can tell they care about the job they do.

They were just so wonderful and nice to deal with. They did a really good job installing the new sliding glass door.

Matus Windows was excellent.  The sales staff was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to do business with.   Their installation crew was efficient, paid attention to detail, did excellent workmanship, and left the house clean and neat.   We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

I had a wall in my den (converted garage; exposed brick interior and little insulation) with 2 large windows, and frequent leaks from rain through the window frames. Matus replaced the windows, including the carpentry work framing the window. They were always timely and courteous at appointments (measuring and installation). The 2 installers were incredibly professional and did an amazing job. It's been 3 years now and I have had absolutely no issues with them. I plan to go back to replace the two remaining windows in that room.

This is the second time that I have chosen Matus Windows to install a storm door. They follow up on requests and kept me informed on projected installation dates.

They were really easy to work with. They talked me through different options and answered my endless questions.  They were flexible in scheduling my installation.  The installation was challenging, so they sent out some extra people to help. They were done on time, and cleaned up quickly.  They answered my questions and addressed some minor concerns post installation.    Their prices were competitive with other companies in the area. I chose them because they were the easiest to deal with

From beginning to end, a wonderful experience. My house is part of condominium development. This created a difficult situation-other companies I contacted would not come to my home or provide an estimate until I had obtained approval from the condo board for the replacements: the board, on the other hand, would not provide an approval without an estimate and specific information on the products to be used. Matus was the only company who didn't hesitate to come to my home, measure and provide a detailed written estimate on the products and their work. They simply asked me to let them know if and when I received approval and decided to move ahead with the work. I did so, the products were ordered and installation scheduled when they arrived from the factory. From Joe Buck, the salesman who came to measures windows early on a Saturday morning before he went to work, to the amazing installers, working over the course of two of the coldest days in a bitter winter, (*and^ who helped me piece together a failing HVAC pipe that collapsed while they happened to be there!) EVERYone was friendly, knowledgable, professional. The products themselves are beautiful, sturdy and easy to use (and clean). I'm so glad that I used this company and chose these products, and am so grateful to and for everyone at Matus! Awesome job, and thank you!
