The owner, Lee, stayed in touch and answered promptly when I had questions. He was easy to work with.The crew was outstanding -on time, hardworking. I loved the fact that they sanded a section of the floor several days before the work was to begin and put down a variety of stains to help me choose the one I preferred. I was impressed with the quality of the work and the professionalism of Footprints. I highly recommend them.

The entire experience of working with Footprints Floors was exemplary. The salesman/estimator Lee was extremely helpful and responsive, and the project was completed in a very timely matter. The team of sanders/finishers did an excellent job restoring my older pine floors and I couldn’t be happier! They were very tidy and there was a minimum of dust and cleanup. The entire team seemed very interested in having a successful resolution to the project, and making sure I was comfortable with all the decisions regarding finish selections. I highly recommend this company!

Lee Becker on two occasions was involved in repairing my engineered hardwood which was damaged by a water leak. His expertise in the process to repair the wood was right on the mark. His guidance in helping me select a match for the wood that needed to be replaced was perfect. Lee is a gentleman, knowledgeable, professional and very thoughtful in getting back in responding to calls.

This was my first remodeling project that required demoing and re-tiling of our Master Bathroom and it was by far a great experience. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me throughout the project. They did a wonderful job of keeping me abreast at every point of the project and they were on time, professional, they have excellent communication skills, they were dependable and reliable.
