"Very well!! Brian did a great job installing 4 custom blinds in my home. Brian measured the rest of our widows and offered sound advice on how to accurately order blinds for them. I highly recommend Brian for his handyman services."

"Nageeb did a truly excellent job at my residence. I asked him to help me do some rewiring so I could finish a job that had been long overdue. As soon as Nageeb heard what I needed, he asked me to send some pictures so he could get a good idea of the work that needed to be done. This was a huge benefit, as when he got on site he was able to get right to work. Nageeb's rates were very fair and competitive, and he has vast amounts of experience from years working in his field. Nageeb's work ethic is also second to none. He was steadily working the entire time he was at my residence, not to be confused with rushing to get to the next job. After rewiring, Nageeb neatly patched up the very precise cuts he made. After his work on my personal residence, I have also asked Nageeb to work on larger projects in the springtime and also have him working in one of my condos. If you are looking for the right combination of competitive pricing, customer service, quality work, and just an overall great company, Nageeb and Hamdan Handyman are my choice."

"Rafael was great - he fixed our front door knob and lock, replaced another door handle, and our towel bar. He worked us into his busy schedule and came by on a day that was best for me. Rafael picked up parts he needed at Home Depot after assessing what we needed, and efficiently completed all three jobs."

Barndominium Builders questions, answered by experts

While sheds are most certainly helpful for most homeowners, unfortunately, sheds do not add value to a home or property in the traditional sense. However, if the home has limited storage or garage space, having a shed to store things like decorations or lawn equipment can certainly be a positive if you want to sell.

Building a treehouse can vary in difficulty depending on factors such as design complexity, size, and the builder’s woodworking experience. Basic treehouses with simple designs can be manageable for DIYers with some carpentry skills, while more elaborate structures may pose challenges. Adequate planning, research, and careful execution can make the process more manageable, and resources like premade plans or professional assistance are always available for additional support.

Ranch and colonial-style homes are often the most affordable to build. They have a common layout with available designs that are easy to adjust in simple ways without having to spend too much on a structural engineer or architect. Both types of homes' symmetry, simple roofs, and often one or two-story plans mean they often fall in the $150 to $200 square-foot range, putting them right around average.

Yes, you can use a storage shed several ways, including as a chicken coop, but you'll need to make some modifications. You will have to add a chicken door, roosts, ventilation near the roof, mesh on the windows, and insulation if you live in a colder climate. Additionally, you’ll want to ensure that the shed is predator-proof so no other animals can harm your chickens. You should also add a run and nest boxes to your shed.

Choose a barn door with an extra two to three inches on either side of the frame. The width of the barn door will depend on the type and placement of your track, but in most cases, an additional inch or two will do the trick.
