"Excellent job! We needed a custom size storm door for our old house. Nageeb did all the work of finding a door for us, cutting it down to size, and installing it. Great work and a fair price. Very pleased!"

"My mom loves greenery, so I decided to get some landscaping done outside her house. I called their professionals to inspect the area and suggest designs accordingly. Their team gave me such beautiful ideas entirely within my budget. My mom got super happy to see the entire landscaping done. It has become her favorite part of the house. I do not have the right words to thank you guys enough and suggest them to all."

"Sentri Homes provided the most professional flooring service I’ve ever had. The LVP installation turned out absolutely beautiful, and I was amazed at how quickly everything was completed without sacrificing quality. The crew was fast, accurate, and extremely detail-oriented from start to finish. Everything was installed cleanly, precisely, and with real craftsmanship. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and far beyond what I expected. I would absolutely recommend Sentri Homes to anyone needing flooring installed."

"I recently had my shingle roof replaced and I?m very happy with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the job efficiently. The quality of the work is excellent, and the new roof looks great. They kept the work area clean and communicated well throughout the process. "I had a difficult repair project in my living room ceiling with a large crack in one area and additional damage in other areas of the ceiling. I spoke with five contractors. Oliver Beer, who owns Bauhaus Construction came up with the best and most creative solution (and the most economical) of all. What differentiated Oliver was his overall vision of the project (which to start was a complicated ceiling repair, but the condo needed an overall major renovation). Oliver is a perfectionist and his attention to detail and thinking 10 steps ahead as well as his overall organization are unmatched with any other contractor I've dealt with in owning different homes over 25 years. Oliver has more than given me my money's worth and in fact, Oliver's work ethic and work product led me to hire Oliver for a major renovation / rehab of the entire condo unit including a very difficult top to bottom painting job (smoke damage), floor removal and installation, dozens of miscellaneous repairs, plumbing and electrical work etc.. Oliver also has lots of good connections and hooked me up with good deals on a container, vent cleaning and other services. Once that piece of the project is complete I'll post before and after pictures."

Barndominium Builders questions, answered by experts

Choose a barn door with an extra two to three inches on either side of the frame. The width of the barn door will depend on the type and placement of your track, but in most cases, an additional inch or two will do the trick.

While building a treehouse isn’t necessarily a death sentence, damaging the trunk is one of the ways to kill a tree. If you’re concerned about the tree, opt for a treehouse support system rather than attaching it directly to the trunk. This may involve using bolts and brackets to affix the structure to the tree's branches or establishing a standalone support system that remains unattached to the tree.

You don’t typically need a permit to build a shed, but it’s best to check with your local city clerk to make sure before you start the project. Every town, city, and municipality can have different rules when it comes to any home improvement project. Homeowners associations sometimes have restrictions on the materials you can use on your property as well.

Choosing a suitable backyard playset that’s age-appropriate and entertaining for your children is worth the cost. A backyard playset you can update and upgrade as your kids grow offers even more benefits. Although a playset won’t substantially increase your home’s value, it won’t negatively affect it either.

This answer varies based on where you are, but most states require that all homes are greater than 320 square feet. Remember that four walls are not the only requirements—windows, closet space, minimal ceiling heights, and indoor air quality are also factors. Each state and municipality differs, though, and as some don’t consider tiny homes permanent shelters, you’ll need to check to ensure you aren’t violating any local or state laws with your build.
