"Prompt response and came up with another solution since the door lock was the original and couldn't be fixed, however, installed a silver colored lock above which didn't match the chrome lock already on there so had to remove and replace it with a closer color....then the tenant was concerned that the original lock was still getting stuck and couldn't enter through the new lock with the old latch getting stuck. I followed-up and the tech basically said that couldn't be happening and he would charge me to come out and repair it if it failed after the new lock was installed which was not an option after how much was paid to "fix". Basically washed hands of the lock not being disabled properly to begin with since it wasn't working therefore the reason for the repair. It is not a separate problem it is the same one. I need to find a competent locksmith to fix it. I regret going with the 1st person who responded....I should have talked to several, then vetted them more closely prior."

"Things started well right from the start.  An email was sent to me which provided me with a photo of the salesperson who would be coming so that I would be sure I was dealing with the right people.  The price on the garage door was higher than that provided by other vendors but the quality of the door was higher and the job was going to entail replacing all of the hardware that had been in place.  It made sense since some of the hardware was in-place since 1979 and it was time to go. None of the other vendors were going to do this. 
The gutters were installed by a different team - and on a different date - from the garage door team.  Both of them were polite, efficient and prompt. 
The only thing I would have wished is that I would have been able to make one call and be able to get information on both projects.  The way DiGiorgi is structured, each area is separate and you need to call each area individually.

"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."
