Aside from leaving zero trace of his visit (aside from fixing what needed fixing) he left parting suggestions on how to avoid the recurrence of my problem. "We had windows replaced and could not be happier! Brad and Rick from NuFace were very professional and courteous. Their work is second to none! They worked non-stop even when it started raining. They took out and discarded the old windows. They installed the new windows, calking and flashing. My wife was pleasantly surprised at the beautiful job that was done. "Second time hiring Action windows and I wish I could hire them for everything. Where it counts us if you have an issue and how it's handle. Small. Problem was handled asap and they even sent manufacturer out right away to repair it. Said they would do it themselves if necessary. Wonderful superb company to work with. You won't be sorry.
