"As usual, Ray Page Plumbing was super responsive and incredibly punctual. Andrew came out and quickly did an inspection. His suspicions were right on as the wax ring around the base of the toilet had come unsealed and caused the leak. He was very fast, very efficient, and incredibly courteous. It is okay to use a drain auger on a toilet, just make sure you are using the correct tip size. The auger is a plumbing snake with a protective sleeve to protect the porcelain toilet bowl from getting scratched.
