The service I received was outstanding. I called around 10 am and someone was at my house by noon just as they told me. Sean was very friendly and provided the best service I could ask for. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I called First American Drain this morning at 9 am as a recommendation from our usual plumber(due to the current circumstances), and Garrett showed up within an hour. He wore a mask and gloves and used booties to walk inside the house (as it was raining outside). He was very professional and explained what he was planning to do after he checked out the drain. He got his supplies and was able to fix the drainage issue. He explained everything very clearly and what can be done to avoid further problems.

Our tech Garrette arrived on time and completed the work on schedule. He was friendly, professional & communicated the underlying reason for the problem & alternatives to remedy the issue. We've had main drain issues in the past, but 1st American was different by being reasonable and prompt. They came highly recommended by a friend & I can see why. If you need your sewer line cleaned out because of a clog, I highly recommend them!

Spent almost 2 hours snaking the drain. Still didnt clear. Suggested a power flush. Called local pro they said a power flush would flood the house. Sent someone to snake and he actually knew what he was doing and what may have caused the problem.

Called back promptly. Fairly clear on pricing, although not inclined to visit for quote. Check on charges for work done afterhours (later than 5:30PM) work, as it may be charged at time and a half. They will work with you if you're a DIY person that gets stumped at some point. I had all ready pulled up (2) toilets and saved some of the cost since the technician didn't have to do that. Sean was courteous, knowledgeable, and made quick work of the problem. I would definitely use them in the future.

Paul contacted me quickly and was able to get someone out at soon as possible. Rich came out and he was awesome! He was funny, easy going and explained to me what was happening. He seemed to really enjoy his job and he was great at it. I m thinking of flushing stuff down the toilet, that doesn t belong, just to have him come out again!

Fast,and knowledgeable. Couldn't fix due to sewer pipe broke, therefore pricing wasn't accurate. They did mark the exact location of break which made the digging easier.

Garret was awesome. He was quick efficient and was able to part with some expertise on how I can hopefully manage issue if it occurs again. It was a pleasure doing business with them. If I have any future sewer or drain concerns you will be my first call.
