"Max Construction came in to do a complete bathroom remodel to include installing a tub where there was none. Max was very accessible and responsive in getting a quote and answering any questions we had throughout the process. His crew showed up promptly 8 a.m. every morning and worked very diligently throughout the days. They were very conscientious in their end of day clean up. Even though we had difficulties with our order at Home Depot, they had no problem making numerous trips to pick up our orders as they came in. The tile work is beautiful and everything came out as we envisioned. Max's price was one of the higher quotes we received, but in the long run we were very pleased with outcome and the bathroom looks fantastic."

"Malik at Al-Arsh Construction runs a very professional standard. His contracts are accurate, his prices are fair, and his ability to make the scope of the job efficient and cost saving were well communicated. I have utilized him twice for two major projects on my 150 year old home. You open up a wall and discover ten more repairs. But Malik was accurate in his estimates, and any change of orders were for additional work that I requested as I saw the project develop. His suggestions were based on common sense, and I was always comfortable going forward with any change of orders. Malik scheduled the work and came every day, on time and with the same skilled workers. He was on site often, and managed the work and workers' time very efficiently. The projects were done to perfection and detail and to contract. I like contracts. Malik was also very reasonable and was negotiable to labor costs when I wished to purchase materials myself. "112 Home Improvement was recommended to me by my cousin.  They had remodeled his home and he was very happy.   We called John about a year before we wanted to begin.  We didn't even know exactly what we wanted.  He offered to come out and help us plan this project.  Once we figured out what we wanted to do John brought out his architect (Tom) and we started the process.  Plans, permits, surveys, variances the list is endless.  I am glad we did this well ahead of time.  Finally 9 months later (thanks town of brookhaven) we had everything needed to begin.  The work began in March and continued through June.  Everything went as good as can be expected.  There were some problems here and there but nothing that we were not prepared for.  In the end our home is beautiful.  We extended and remodeled our kitchen and created a great room, finished our basement, added a master bathroom, replaced our roof and our siding as well as added a deck.  My family and I could not be happier.  We absolutely love our home.  Thank you John and company!!"
