Dave and his crew removed the old shingles, placed a coating on the bare roof, and put down new shingles. They cleaned up multiple times each day. They used a remote cart with an extendable slide. Dave let us know about any issues with the bare roof. The new roof looks fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone."

I had a slight issue with my gutter install which I noticed after the first hard rain, probably a month after the job was complete, and they were out the next day to correct it. "Anderson and his crew did beautiful and thorough work on our exterior. We had several doors replaced, a back step re-built and the whole house prepped and painted. They were careful to sand, prep and replace any rotten boards; their prep work was a lot like "restoration" in many ways. They took their time to do quality work and were happy to add on a number of small interior projects in addition to the above mentioned exterior work. Our neighbors were all very complimentary about the work, too! The only reason I can't give a full five stars is that some of the interior work seemed more rushed and not completed with the same degree of care and thoroughness as the primary job. However, overall, for the main job of exterior work, we were thoroughly pleased and would highly recommend them."

"Barn Rescue – My barn was hit by a vehicle, which broke a large post and pushed section of siding out from under the roofline, plus major damage at ground level. Brad shored it up for the winter with an array of jacks and an enormous chain to ensure the thing wouldn’t fall down till they could return in the spring. Come spring, they fully replaced the damaged section’s support members and facade, and added bracing to the attic, rendering it stronger than before. Foundation support: The sagging beams and jerry-rigged support columns in the dirt basement of our 18th century house were inadequate. They dug and poured a dozen footings and lally columns, supporting a line of new 6x6 and 9x9 beams that provide solid support to the house above. They showed up promptly every day, worked fast, and left the site clean and finished. Both Brad and Chad have a deep knowledge about old houses and the techniques that were used, and I felt my historic register property was in good hands."
