Santos did a great job of replacing our roof. He was on time, easy to work with, did a fantastic job, and gave us a good price. He completed the job in time promised.

Really stand up guy. He is fair and his guys show up and does a hard days work. I love the detail in their workmanship. He did not like many other workmen I have met with price based on community but he price based on the job’s worth. He is now my go to guy for home improvements.

Santos was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He showed up and did a very thorough inspection to determine what the issue with our roof was. He gave a detailed explanation of the work he would do and was prompt with his estimate. He was very personable and professional. He showed up on time and worked very efficiently with his crew. He found other issues as the job went along and explained everything in detail and was able to do the extra repair work that same day. He and his crew were attentive to COVID precautions and wore masks anytime they were in the home. Santos cleaned up every little bit of construction debris before leaving. Awesome! Santos came one day to give estimate and repaired both pipes the very next day. He came when he said he would and was very friendly and professional. He also got rid of a bee nest that had developed on the roof! He will begin work on the kitchen next. Great job!

After our roof started leaking, we had a total of 6 different roofing companies come out to diagnose the issue and quote us for the needed repairs. We have know and trusted SANTOS, and his team, for decades. He is a superb carpenter and knowledgeable in all areas of home building and repair. He comes up with solutions for any job, small or larger, inside or outside the home, that needs repair. He has helped my husband and I install stone columns in front of his place of business. He diligently found the leaking in our home’s roof and walls and expertly rebuilt the entire side of the kitchen and walls. I think I have a photo. There are too many jobs to list. (April 2019) My Mom has now hired SANTOS and his team to repair, sand, prime and paint her entire house and she is so happy I recommended him and now her neighbor has him booked! He’s busy but worth the wait if you can hire him.

Beautiful job. A huge amount of work. They had to grind off all paint from shingles, rebuild entire sections of exterior walls, repair and paint whole exterior. Have also used Santos on interior jobs. He is talented and hard working. Very highest recommendation.
